Installation went OK, but required some follow-ups to finally meet inspection requirements. Before agreeing to the work I'd asked by email for a specific energy management device to share load between the house and de-energize my EV charger when needed, but resulting install was configured to de-energize the AC unit being installed. Now after 4mo of back-and-forth with Direct Buy Furnace CEO and their sub-contractors, CEO is insisting this was not actually agreed to and that I would have to pay to have the unit reconfigured to my original request and also that I shouldn't need what I'd asked for anyway.
