Walter [last name removed--Ed] the salesman did a great job explaining the products and procedures and Sokel and his helper used superb craftmanship to change the look of our home. The new windows kept the cold out all winter and now we can't here all the noise pollution from our busy neighbourhood. Keep up the good work!

This is the second time we ordered from Brock. The first order (also a small order) went like clockwork. This one needed 2 separate sets of measurements, 3 installation dates (I had to be home for only the first two) and 4 months to complete the order. Customer Service was responsive and the installer was good, but it took way too long and way too much effort. I'm sure the order was caught in the Christmas holidays and Home Reno Tax Credit rush, but 4 months seems a bit excessive. Brock has a great, well priced product, I wish I had been prepared for a 4 month wait.

Brian is very helpful through out the decision process of selecting the specific type of windows and providing options that were suited for the application.
John was receptive to ideas at time of measurements and was creative during the installation. Very good work overall.

The windows are high quality (i guess) but the installation was messy. Lots of left over garbage around inside and a few pieces outside the house. Also they missed a lot of holes to fill within the wood framing surrounding the windows inside the house. The helper with the wood filler missed so many holes. We are happy with the windows so far but like I mentioned they have to improve on their work ethic

Last fall we had Brock windows and doors come a give us a quote on new patio doors. We originally were not going to do the patio doors and just windows. However, the installer suggested due to the size, we should exchange the door due to heat loss in the winter and AC loss during the summer. New doors were far better insulated with the E Argon gas to help with energy savings!!! Brock Rocks and did a great job!!!

I had these windows quoted by a few different companies. I felt comfortable with Brock and the services they had to offer me for my project. Kevin was very helpful with making some recommendations on window styles and such.
