Brock Doors & Windows Ltd.

We have had all our windows and doors in our home replaced by Brock over
a period of several years. Recently, we had our basement windows replaced with the
same excellent quality and superb workmanship which gives us great satisfaction and
peace of mind for a job well done. We are proud of our new windows and doors and
always delight to tell our friends who our supply company was and who did the
installation. The comment by our friends over and over again is this, "you have
quality windows and doors and a great enhancement to the appearance of your home."

WOW! What can I say. I have heard many 'horror' stories of contract companies not completing work or not providing good service but I can tell you that is not the case with Brock Windows. We decided to go with Brock a year ago to get a few of our worst windows changed. We did not have enough to get them all done at the time. We were however very pleased with their quality and service back then and decided to give them another try. Before we did though, we called some other places just to be curious. Even on the phone the service was not great and we knew that Brock was still the best to go with. This time around we were replacing all the rest of our windows in the house, 7 + a patio door. The initial visit was awesome as the salesperson was good natured, comfortable to have in our home, yet professional. Brock followed up with us before the installation day, and on the day, the installers were in and out in the time they said it would take them. They were also professional and respected our home by being cautious around our belongings. After the job was done, we noticed that we were missing a document. We called Brock and they were very apologetic and assured it was being sent out that day. Sure enough, we received it a few days later. I would HIGHLY recommend Brock to anyone. They have great pricing, excellent products, and great people! Thanks Brock!

sales person very informative showed samples of his product and i liked him. the installers were just great, it pays to deal with people that know what they are doing.very courtious,worked great together and cleaned up thoroughly after. i wished i had more windows to do.all in all i am a very satisfied customer & would recommend brock to anyone.

I had the four front windows of my Victorian house replaced. The people at Brock are great. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy or into the hard sell. The appointment setter was lovely and the installation team, professional, performed great work and very nice folks as well. The estimate was very competitive, service was great and the windows fantastic. Very please and will recommend and use Brock again

The window purchase and installation through Brock Home Improvement was
exceptional from the ordering right through to installation. They were punctual, on
time and knowledgable. They adhered to time lines and followed-up as needed. There
was no "chasing" around involved. The installation was clean. My living
room was left in the same state as it had been found. (Wonderful!). I would highly
recommend them for any window purchases/installation needs that you may have. I can
truly say that the entire process was painless and left me with no regrets. They are
definitely worth the price!!

The arrangements for the quotation and scheduling the work were done smoothly and exactly as scheduled. The installer had a problem with some trees that had grown in the window wells, but he removed these cheerfully, something long overdue and very welcome. The product is excellent and the installation workmanship was top quality. Our house looks 100% better.

Brock Home Improvements Inc. was recommended to us by our daughter who
