Moncarda took the step, without any hassle, to redo a large window pane replacement when we discovered a crack that appeared shortly after the work was first completed. We can't be more pleased with the result. The guys did an excellent job. The work was done very professionally and with great care. Thank you so much.

Anthony came to our house several times to discuss options, specifics and the quote, and we never felt rushed. He gave great advice to achieve the best 'view' (and was able to point out several of our neighbors' homes whose windows he'd previously updated).

The installers were so friendly, fast and efficient, replacing every window in our home in one working day and leaving no mess behind.

Moncada replaced every window in our old east York house over 5 years and different visits. Anthony was always professional, honest and gave the best advice. His team did tremendous work with the installation and finishing work. The one time there was even the slightest imperfection they resolved it right away without argument. I can’t recommend them enough.

Timeline took a while, but that's ok because we weren't in a rush.
When the installers showed up they were friendly, respectful, fast (and the job wasn't typical), clean and they did a great job! They helped repair my storm door on a whim as well. I'd use them again for doors!!

Please do not use this company. Anthony is not an honest person. The measurments were incorrect as you can see in the photo with a 2.5" gap but Anthony will not acknowledge his mistake. The profile of the window is not as we requested. It took 16 weeks not 8 weeks as first promised. Being late we asked Anthony multiple times to please come out and confirm with drywallers the measurments...he said he would come but never came. There is black paint on the inside of the windows as well. The windows are damaged and scratched. The jams on 4 windows are too short. The basement windows do not have jams. There is black paint on the inside of the windows. The installation is not completed. He wants to put a lien on my house but he hasn't finished the project so how can I pay him the balance. This was by far the worst vendor we have ever hired.

Over the last 6 years, Moncada has replaced our windows and sliding door with the most recent being this past week after being referred by family. Anthony has been with honest, reliable and provided exceptional customer service. The crews were professional, helpful and kept the work area clean at all times. Would definitely recommend them and will use their service in the near future.

I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me. The windows were ready 2-4 weeks earlier than expected. The installers did a great job and were very nice people to have around. They took great care not to damage my garden and cleaned up all the debit from the job and took it with them. I love the windows and I couldn't have asked for more.

We used Moncada for our doors and were so happy

We are very pleased with Moncado's installation of our new front door. They completed the removal of our old wooden door and installation of the new door within a couple hours and they were able to retain the moldings around the door on the interior.
