Abs Movers & Storage

Moved from a one bedroom and a den, 700 sqft condo to a townhouse in oakville with the following items:
-queen bed
-dresser
-pull-out couch
-recliner
-glass table
-four dining room chairs
-bar cabinet
-coffee table
-a dozen boxes
-dining room cabinet

The drive was 50 minutes but the move took 7 hours and they didn't have to move anything to the 2nd floor and the bedroom furniture went to the basement.

One mover asked me how much my table costs, I thought he was just interested in the table. It didn't dawn on me there could be a problem until the day after the move I noticed the glass table was damaged. It is a very unique glass table as the glass is over an inch thick. I am disappointed they didn't come clean and say something happened.

They also damaged the walls in the hall of my condo that I repaired and they damaged the walls of my house. They tried to move the headboard down to the basement before measuring if it would fit and gave up after they damaged the walls. I offered to take the door off and I measured and noticed it would fit before they took it down a second time.

I didn't get a good vibe through the booking process as many emails went unanswered and when I asked for email confirmation they replied with their terms and conditions.

I budgeted $700 and didn't expect my stuff would be damaged. Before they started they suggested it would be done in 3 hours since there wasn't much stuff, somehow it took 7 hours.

Put my mind at ease but this only really happened after it was over and everything that owner said was done. On time, wrapped well, and delivered in time and guys were very good handling the items and they were antiques with a lot of wood carving all around all items. I have had very past experience, and if l ever do a big move l will hire this company. Not an easy job, well done. I would suggest them, professional and they are an insured company. Thanks.

Very happy with ABS movers. Really fantastic to work with. Professional, courteous, patient, funny, and friendly. Alex and Moe did such a great job moving my mom. They were great from beginning to end. I have had movers in the past that left much to be desired. Not these two guys. Hard working and smiling throughout the entire 7 hour process. Cant thank you enough for making this a pleasant and painless experience.

Basil and Danny were courteous and very helpful. We added a $40.00 tip for their hard work. The total cost was $336.00. A great deal for us as we would have had to rent a truck and we are not able to lift things that heavy.

I recently moved from a house in Toronto to Mississauga. I had an excellent experience with ABS Movers. 3 men loaded, made the trip and unloaded, all in 6 hours for a very reasonable price. They worked hard and were efficient, competent and friendly. Nothing was broken or damaged. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Would definitely use them again.

ABS Movers very unprofessional. Damages to our walls and doors frames during move. Feedback from these movers, contractor would be sent to repair. No repairs! Owner - Paul won't help.

Very good service, they are an amazing company. We had used them probably 6 times. We would highly recommend them to everyone. The moving is very stressful, but they make it very easy.

I only needed to have the heavy items moved from my 3 story house, including a piano. Paul was able to meet our time frame with only 1 week advance notice. He called a couple of times to confirm everything as did the movers (Alex, Shane and Michael) the day of the move.

Alex, Shane and Michael were on time, efficient and very easy to work with. They secured my belongings and ensured they would arrive at my new home without incident.

My only complaint is that I paid for a three hour minimum and the guys were so efficient, they were fully done with the move in 1 hour and 15 mins! Great job guys. Will definitely use ABS again.
