Aman from Advanced Plumbing arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and hard working. Aman was friendly and replaced some faucets and leaking shut off valves around the house. I would highly recommend them to do a job properly the first time.

We had what we thought would be a small leak we were very wrong. Our main stack had a large crack in it and had to be replaced from the top Floor to the bottom. The Advanced Plumbing team talked us through our options and made it easy for us to understand. The entire process, although an expense we werent expecting, was really smooth from removing drywall and tile to their cleanup and final walkthrough. They also pointed out a few small repairs and fixed those while they were at it. Were really pleased with the service and the guys who did the work. Much appreciated!

The toilet needed replacing. I had a new one put in so quickly.
The kitchen faucet was leaking badly and it too was replaced. The plumber was very thorough and explained everything clearly.
The water valves had to be replaced also.
This companyis fast and efficient. Excellent. I highly recommend them.

We had a slow leak from our upstairs bathtub drain onto the main floor ceiling. The Advance Plumbing team provided excellent customer service, technical assessment, advice and repair at every step of the work. Michael and Dimitri arrived on time, answered all of our questions and a few more that we would not have thought to ask, explained all the steps required to assess the problem and then to resolve. They were polite, professional and respectful of us and our home at all times. All work was completed neatly and quickly. We highly recommend Advance Plumbing. They will be our first call in future.

Right from the beginning George was pleasant, professional and honest.
Using the video cam we were able to see the problem with the tree roots and a crack in the old clay pipes.
George explained the scope of the work, which we went ahead. When the works was done, all was cleaned up surrounding the work area.
Chris was was courteous over the phone for scheduling and timeline of work to be done.

I had Laz stop by to help me with a sink leak issue. He arrived within the window that was provided & was finished in that same window of time. Laz was kind enough to educate me on the problem & provided me with a sliding scale of solutions. He was transparent about what each item cost, and how the work will age over time. He fixed a few extra issues I had as well!!

Afterwards he demonstrated the changes & improvements. Great communication skills, speedy work & very independent so I was able to continue my work while he was here.

Aman was very personable and was meticulous in his work. He explained why the leaks happened and how he would fix them. He showed me how the oxidation had spread up both pipes leading into the kitchen and suggested also replacing the one which hadnt sprung a leak yet. However, he did not try to pressure me into replacing the second pipe at this time. After the jobs were completed, he double checked his work, cleaned up any mess and showed me the results. This is a company that cares about their customers. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
