After reading the latest review I feel compelled to let you know the excellent service I received from Advantage pest control.

I have used them for ants in the past and unfortunately mice this year. I received service within a day, had to recall them, spoke to a gentleman named Paolo, he reassured me that the problem would be solved and sent out a service guy the next day. Happy to say that I am mouse free today.

My experience with them has been positive. If I need pest control service again, I would definitely use them again.

I wish I had never used this company. A total waste of my dollars and time. You will also find this company under pestservices.ca.
If a "technician" with only a pail of bait and absolutely nothing else (ladders, flashlights etc) to properly do the job is what you expect then this company is the one for you.
If a "technician" that refuses to look into the ceiling, which you made accessible for him to see where the actual droppings are and the degree; and he states that his job is to only place bait around, then this company is the one for you.
Shocking that a "technician" would arrive just to shove these bait stations wherever he could easily reach and not even want to pop his head in to look at anything until I demanded he look.
My initial phone call also stated that I wasn’t sure if mice were only the problem….maybe squirrels….I had no idea but needed it checked.
When I phoned Paul from Advantage to complain about the lack of real service I expected as per our initial phone conversation he responded they do not take care of squirrels anyway. I was also told that there would not be a company that did what I wanted. Wrong Paul.
Customer satisfaction is not their motto; your cheque is all that matters to them.
Terrible terrible company.
I then found an amazing company that actually did everything I would have expected and then some. Totally solved the problem. Took several hours to search for openings and rectify. And charged less than what Advantage charged me.
Paul, please do not retort to any of this as it would be false coming from you or anyone in your company.

I called Advantage Pest Control as I suspected I had mice in my attic. A technician came and placed some bait stations in the house and also in the attic. A month later, the owner, Paolo called me to see if I still had the mice problem. I mentioned to him that I have caught a couple of mice in the attic using glue traps. Paolo came personally to do another inspection of the attic and placed some additional bait stations. He assured me that these additional stations should take care of the problem completely.

Advantage Pest Control seems to care about their customers and the quality of the services they provide. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for the services of a professional pest control company.

I recently had a very bad, carpenter ant problem in my home. I had no idea what to do as it was my first experience with pests. My colleague at work recommended Advantage pest control so I gave them a call. The girl who answered really helped calm my nerves and suggested what I could do to help the situation. I was given an appointment where Paolo showed up as soon as he could and described his plan in detail. My family and I were pleased with the amount of time and detail Paolo put into checking our problem and helping us understand the solution. We trusted Paolo’s plan of action and boy did it ever pay off. Treatment was applied in a timely fashion and we have not experienced a single carpenter ant 3 weeks later! Thank you Advantage! It’s also good to hear of their 1-year service guarantee incase any pest were to reappear, Advantage would have me covered!

Had a small bed bug problem, they were very responsive, answering phone calls after hours and providing helpful information, and making a weekend visit to our house to deal with the issue.

This past February I was mortified to discover bed beds in my home. When I called Advantage, they spent a good half hour on the phone with me making really good suggestions for what to do about the problem. I arranged for a fumigation, which happened two times, ten days apart. The cost seemed very pricey to me ($700) but I was willing to pay anything to get rid of them. After the first treatment, most were dead, after the second, they were all gone. So worth the cost! And I appreciated their professionalism and reassurance the problem could be resolved. I followed all their advice and almost a year later, no recurrence.

It was years before we were able to afford to deal with the situation. The boys faced bedbug hell and by G**, they tamed it! They were professional and considerate from start to finish. I couldn't be happier!

As a realtor in Toronto I have put a lot of clients into condos in this city. Last month after putting a client into a condominium just north of the city he advised me that the unit was infested with bedbugs. After trying a 'known' and 'trusted' company THREE different times as well as THREE different payments they failed to rid of the bedbugs. I decided to call Advantage Pest Control and they were out the next day. They suggested the appropriate 'heat treatment' that the other company suggested not to due to them not having the equipment. When we insisted they use this treatment they quoted us much more then Advantage did. (Likely due to outsourcing)
Advantage Spent the entire day at my clients condo, were courteous and knowledgeable and the bedbugs are gone !! Service you can absolutely be sure is done right !! The first time ! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in this city .
