I'm a real estate Salesperson in the Toronto area and called Advantage Pest Control for an issue with Termites for a property. Paolo came out on site shortly after I called him and he had sourced the root of the problem and had it addressed within 2 days and we were able to complete the sale thanks to Paolo and his team. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of Termite remedy in the Toronto area.

I had an ant problem on my deck and started finding them in my house as well. I found this company online, emailed them and within the hour I heard back from to schedule an appointment for the following day. So far less than a week later I have no more ants in my house and the number on the deck are far fewer compared to before the treatment.

We recently had a bedbug issue and contacted Advantage to come in and take a look. Bernie came to our house very discretely and professionally and assessed the situation. He advised us of the options available and provided a guarantee for his services. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided answers to every one of my questions. I would and have been recommending Advantage to all of my friends. Thank you Advantage!

I have had a mouse problem for the last 2 months. I called Advantage and from the get go, I was speaking with a senior technician that was both courteous and knowledgeable. They booked me in immediately and I had a technician at my door the very next morning. The technician took their time to thoroughly inspect my house and even identified the location that the mice were getting into my home. I am now mouse free!! Highly recommend these guys for service.

Absolutely useless, unprofessional, and waste of money!

I needed someone to do a termite inspection on a pending property purchase (one of the conditionalities). The guy showed up on time and spent less than 10 mins in the basement before coming up and to give me his conclusion of his assessment.

He highlighted to me three areas of potential "wood damage": 1) the corner of dry wall; 2) a chip on the wood one one piece of the wood in the furnace room; 3) underneath the laminated floor because it felt soft (it was on concrete floor), it doesn't take a genius to figure out termite don't live on concrete. btw, this is a 100 year old house.

I asked him will I receive a report, he said "no, I will write the result on this piece of paper". Then he wrote down "No visual evidence of termite. however, some wood damage was present. Termite treatment is recommended" -- see attached receipt

For 15 mins, it cost $254!! Absolutely useless!

I can't get over how quickly these guys got to work. Paolo's initial response time was SO quick. Jim was knowledgeable and gave an easy to understand explanation for us. He then set the traps, and we have not had any ant issues since. We highly recommend Advantage Pest Control.

I moved into a new apartment which had a major flea infestation unknown to me. After five months of daily vaccuming, 3 full flea treatments, by an exterminator, I still had the fleas. The company we were dealing with started to blame me, told my landlord I was crazy and told me there were no fleas now in the apartment although we could see them jumping and I was pulling them from my partners leg hair daily & traps I had set had fleas in them every morning.

I searched on the internet for 24 hr. exterminator companies, I called a few and then when I called Paul on a Sunday night at 8pm, he seemed so different from any other company I had spoken to or dealt with He had time for me, although he had a crying baby he was dealing with and by this point I was crying too.

The questions he asked were nothing like anyone had asked me before. He inquired about inside and outside my apartment, animals in and around the house, raccoons, birds, cats, etc. which were things no one had bothered to inquire about before. I knew I was dealing with someone who could genuinely get to the root of the problem. His thinking was “outside of the box”, this was a major problem and we felt confident he was going to get to the root of the problem and solve it.

The next day he sent a technician with over 20 years experience. He inspected our apartment, spent 1.5 hours before beginning any treatment or spraying. Within 10 days the fleas were gone and there has been no reoccurance.

I am a very happy customer, I would recommend Paul to anyone who has been battling any sort of infestation. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else, just hire Advantage Pest Control Inc.

Last month we had mice in our garage and cold cellar. I called Advantage Pest Control, because a friend of ours used there services and they were happy with the results. When I called the office, Art answered the phone. I told Art what the problem was and my wife is afraid of mice and she didn't want to go in the garage or cold cellar. Art told me exactly what they were going to do once he got here. The next day Art arrived and he asured my wife not to be afraid and he will take care of the problem. I was so happy because Art explained to my wife and I the proceducer again. One week later we noticed that signs of mice disappeared all I can say, we had a bad experiance with mice problems and a GREAT experiance with Advantage Pest Control. Art thank you.

We had persistent carpenter ant problem in our house. Advantage people came and sprayed our house giving us a 4 month guarantee. They came back after 4 months and reapplied pesticide at no charge with a smile. Will use them again. Thank you, Advantage!
