Al's installed a new roof on our house around 1 1/2 years ago. We were extremely satisfied with the quote, the workmanship and efficiency of the crew, and the clean up afterwards. Just recently we had an eaves-trough problem. We called Al's and Jim was round the next day to fix it. We would recommend Al's to anyone needing roof work.

Dave and team gave me a detailed, written quote, and delivered exactly what was expected, when they said they would. My home is a semi, and I wanted to match the new shingles to my neighbor's; while Al's could not guarantee an exact match, they came remarkably close, and I really appreciated that they made the effort. Will highly recommend Al's Roofing to friends and family.

We live in a semi detached and our neighbour and I requested several quotes from different roofing companies and Al's Roofing was several thousand less than two of our quotes and less than half of a third. I reviewed the written estimate with my contractor who had recommended another company and he saw no difference in the offering other than a great price and said he would be interested in using them himself. The crew arrived on time, lay down tarps and plywood to protect our plants, were polite and completed the work in the day-and-a-half as stated. No problem recommending them at all.

I would like to say that I was most impressed with the service and final product I received from Al's Roofing. The quote I received was exactly what I paid which was several thousand dollars less than the other quotes I was given by other roofing companies. As my roof was leaking Jim made the roof his priority to be completed in one day. The roofers were here exactly at 8:00 in the morning as promised. They ensured that tarps were put down and began stripping the original shingles. They were most professional and extremely spotless in their clean up. I would most certainly reccommend this team! I had a very poor experience with Al's Roofing. I had a leak on my flat roof. The new roof they installed had a leak as well. When I tried to contact them, they were slow to respond, despite leaving many messages. They initially denied responsibility. They did fix the roof but the job looked messy. I would not recommend them.

Approximately 7 years ago Al's roofing installed a roof on my bungalow in East York. This was the second roof they installed for me. In December 2011 water started to run down the wall in my bathroom. I called Al's roofing and they responded quickly. Because of the time of year with cold temperatures, snow and rain their investigations took longer. After finding nothing specific on the roof they went into the attic. That allowed them to trace the leak and they discovered that an animal had scratched at the shingles tried to pry away part of one to get underneath. It was enough to allow water to penetrate the roof when it rained.

I would have no hesitation recommending them for roof work. Their staff are also a pleasure to work with.
