We recently had Ryan come out and give us an estimate for window coverings. Allure's price was most reasonable but most importantly, the service was exceptional. Our blinds came in and were installed in a timely and professional manner and we couldn't be happier with the final results. Allure installed window coverings on 3 of our close family/friends homes prior to ours---they all looked amazing so we used Allure as well. Will refer to friends. Great company & great people working for them as well. Very satisfied overall. Thanks!!

From the initial consultation to the installation, I was totally impressed. Ryan, the sales agent, impressed me with his professional, yet personable approach, his knowledge about his products (and that it is all made in Canada which is such a plus), the cost was very reasonable, and the time from ordering our shutters to the final installation was very, very reasonable. He was able to help me envision what the window would look like using his samples, brochures etc.

We had three companies bid for our business. When the two other competitors came in to do their sales pitch, it was clearly evident that they didn't even come close to the professionalism, and product knowledge that Ryan had, nor did they make us feel as confident in the finished product, as Ryan, and his company Allure Window Decor Inc, had.

We had complete trust in Ryan and in his company, and they did not disappoint. Today, our shutters were installed and we are thrilled! They look great and are quality plus! We will definitely be calling Ryan again when we move forward to change our other window coverings in the future. we won't even bother with calling anyone else. We know that he and his company will be there to service our needs, and we know that they will stand behind their work.

I was very impressed by Ryan's knowledge and customer service. He came highly recommended by a friend after a big box store messed up my order, took my money and left me with nothing. His prices were comparable to other stores. The time from ordering to installation was two weeks. There were a couple of problems with the size of the blinds and the installation times but Ryan was very helpful and even offered to even come and do the installation himself on a weekend. He was in touch with me throughout the process, responded quickly to phone calls and generally made sure everything went smoothly. The windows look gorgeous now and I'm very pleased with the blinds.

Bought Hunter Douglas blinds + Eclipse shutters and the sales rep (Sal) expressed thoughtful design recommendations upon our consultation. We were offered the "Best" discounted price upon signing, but later we were disappointed to find out what we paid verged slightly on the high side. Fortunately Allure Windows was able to match a competitors lower price after we have signed! The installation of the window coverings went smoothly and the installers made sure to protect any vulnerable items. There was an issue with two of the HD blinds and Ryan was helpful and provided us with a Return Authorization number to send back to Hunter Douglas for repair. Overall a good experience thus far!

We absolutely love our shutters. The service was excellent from the consultation, to the fast delivery and smooth installation. Ryan took the time to listen to us and offered valuable advice on the products. The overall experience was great and we are very pleased with the end result. Ryan was great when he came in and did the assesment. He was very knowledgeable about his product and design choices. He came in on time
and even called that he would be late 15 min on the second visit.
When asked about a design detail he suggested something else that would be cheaper and a better idea.
The install went flawlessly. The guys were neat,clean, polite and cleaned up after themselves properly.
I would deal with them again and recommend them

This company installed shades in my home a few years ago. The product and installation job were both good.

They even repaired a couple blind cords over 4 years after I purchased the product.

Called for a quote and received prompt and professional service. At the appointment Ryan was extremely well educated and blew me away with his design knowledge.
