Aquaworks Bathrooms & Kitchens

Starting from the design, Len from Aquaworks was amazing he he executed his vision to the final product. It was very convenient to have the one stop concept. The project came in on budget and on time. I am very happy with Len and Aquaworks bathrooms and Kitchens. I highly recommand them.

Aquaworks'reputation truly does precede them in more ways than imaginable. Their quality of work and the lengths that Len went to, to make sure we were more than satisfied with the process was more than ever expected. His professionalism and above all honesty was what made this project extra special. Through Len's guidance and up front persona, we were able to acheive the ideal bathroom that fits both our lifestyle and above all our needs. The creativity mixed with Len's sense of stlye really was outstanding. We are looking to redo our kitchen in the very near future and are considering no other company than Aquaworks.

40 square foot bathroom completely demolished and redone. Took 3 1/2 months to complete. Contractor didn't commit to a deadline even when asked. Worker showed up at 10:30 everyday and ate breakfast upon arrival. Bathtub that I chose was not the one that was purchased and installed.

They broke the bathtub faucet and siliconed it onto the tub instead of installing it back to its original form. Even after I complained they still left it siliconed onto the tub and is wobbly to this day. The plumber couldn't answer my questions about why my toilet was not flushing properly. I read the instructions and fixed it myself. The rain showerhead leaked immediately upon testing which lead me to believe that it wasn't tested upon installation. Months later the rain shower head was leaking from another pipe. Having lost trust with the contractor, I called my own plumber to fix it. Apparently, they used a broken washer and putty instead of Teflon tape. The handheld shower in my bathtub squirted water out of the edges right from the beginning. I repeately asked for it to be fixed and they were unable to. Finally I went to the store and got a replacement and fixed it myself. They used chipped tiles to replace ones that they broke. Calls were seldom returned promptly and e-mails were rarely responded to. I was uncomfortable leaving the workers alone in my apartment. The bathroom looks very nice but the quality of work leaves much to be desired.

Aquaworks is an outstanding company and we are thrilled with our renovation. They show pride of workmanship from start to finish. Len is patient and extremely professional. He aims to please and visits the site regularly to inspect and ensure the customer is satisfied every step of the way. His crew is extremely respectful of property and leave the house spotless at the end of each workday. They were on time and on budget. I would never consider any other company for a future bathroom or kitchen renovation. We wanted a magazine worthy bathroom, and that is exactly what we got. We were extremely proud to have it featured in Style at Home Magazine, 2005.

We contracted Aquaworks to renovate 2 of our bathrooms. They provided excellent design suggestions using their great showroom and one-stop shopping from A to Z (no running around to stores for us!) They committed to start on a specific date and did so. They did quality work and did not charge 1 penny more than quoted (even though they discovered some extra challenges during project) providing excellent customer service through the project. If you are looking for headache free bathroom renovation, you cannot do better than Aquaworks. We were very pleased and can't say enough positive things about them. We have already given them 3 referrals who are also very pleased.
