Jerry did a good job of explaining the situation and what my options are. I am now able to make a well informed decision on how to move forward.

I use Atlas Care for Maintenance as well as previously upgrading the A/C. I have a contract for spring (a/c) and fall (furnace). I had a business meeting at home that day, so Neil made his way to the furnace room downstairs (he knows the house), and he was done promptly with no issues and simply came to advise me all good and no issues. I feel confident in their technicians and as I've had Neil before, I was happy to leave him to his work so I could join my meeting. Trustworthy. Means a lot to me.

The initial installation of the large York Affinity heat pump was not done solidly, but when I called Atlas they had a photo of it and promptly did a proper install. The unit works fine, but it was the support that concerned us. Very pleased at their work and attitude.
