I normally dont write reviews but it was important for me to share my wonderful experience with Avenue Road Roofing. During a storm I had shingles blown off my roof and side fence knocked down. I hired Avenue Road Roofing to repair the roof and replace the fence. A few years later I noticed the fence was leaning and reached out. I cant express my gratitude towards the customer service. They recognized the issue and the entire fence was replaced under warranty. They were also kind enough to change the design as we wanted a different layout. It looks spectacular!! I originally chose Avenue Road due their incredible reputation in the industry. I can now see why why they are known for being the best in the industry.

Top notch all the way including customer service, quote, quality pride in workmanship, polite, conscientious, answered all questions.

Great team - very professional! Was impressed with their attention to detail was impressive and would recommend them.

We had a leak in our roof in January, Kaz and Joe came and fixed it. Kaz climbed onto our very high roof in the icy snow, very knowledgeable and nice.
We were very impressed with the prompt service and kindness.
There was no charge as it was under warranty, a piece on the roofs edge had lifted with the heavy winds.
Also, follow up calls were made to ensure there was no more leak.

After a great experience with the roof and gutters on our house, I hired Avenue Road Roofing to install flashing and gutters on a Garden Shed. They did an excellent job. This year, at the end of January, we had a bad ice storm and a piece of the flashing fell down. This was very unusual and should not have happened, so I contacted Tony. He remembered the job and said he would make it right. In less than a week, someone came and replaced the broken flashing (in the middle of winter!). There was no mess and it looks as if no one was ever there. Thanks Tony! Avenue Road Roofing stands behind their work. Its a pleasure to work with a company who not only provides a guarantee for all their work, but follows up as well. I would recommend Avenue Road Roofing for roofing and aluminium work without hesitation.

Last year, we installed a new roof via Avenue Road Roofing. Great service at the time. Approximately nine months later, we thought we had a leak. Cas and Tony came out within 24 hours on a Saturday morning. It turns out we had some raccoon damage no fault of Avenue Road Roofing. Nonetheless, Cas and Tony repaired the damage.

Avenue Road roofing was hired to recover both sides of our semi-detached roof. We shared the cost with our neighbour. From the initial estimate to the finished job we could not have been happier. The estimator used a drone to inspect the roof and determine that one layer of shingles would be sufficient to recover the single existing layer of shingles. The work was done sooner than expected and completed in one day. The crew was first rate and did an excellent job including cleaning up afterwards. Thanks to Phil who did the initial estimate and Blake who supervised the installation. Highly recommended.
