Great install and solved issues other contractors only made worse. They also stand behind their warranty for the full 10 years and responded to a few minor issues right away.

ARR completed a full roof replacement on our house and cabana. This is a first class company. From the initial meeting with Phil to the final inspection we were impressed with the professionalism of the crew, the quality of work, and the care they took for our property. They covered our AC, moved our BBQ to a secure location, placed tarps around to catch debris, cleaned very carefully after the installation and even used a magnetic device to ensure no nails were left on our property or driveway. We could not be happier with the result. A few years ago we used their masonry crew and were similarly impressed. Great job, the roof looks great.

Shingles blew off in a storm, and Avenue Roofing came by to replace missing shingles and fasten loose shingles.

Bobby S, who specializes in these kinds of roofs, was amazingly fast, very detail oriented, and the quality results were much better than expected. And a super nice guy.

The 3rd storey windows on our home were trimmed in wood by the original builder. My wife and I were concerned that the wood would eventually rot leading to more costly repairs and maintenance. We contacted Avenue Road Roofing and they gave us a quote to cover the existing wood trim with aluminum. When the time for the install came, Tony (one of the installers) had a suggestion on how to tweak the installation of the aluminum to make it better looking than the original proposal. Not only did Tony and his crew do an amazing job, but the design changes did not change the overall project cost. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work by Tony and Sunny.

I needed some repair work done for my roof. Avenue roofing showed up on time and were very professional. After the work was done a couple of the repair items needed a bit of ‘touch up.’ I spoke with Jason who was great to deal with. He was very professional and told me he would have someone out to take a look.

Tony showed up at my house a day or two later and was able to fix my issue. He took his time and finished the repair properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Avenue Road Roof did an excellent job on our home. The roof needed reshingling and in one area slate replacement. The house is more than 100 years old, with high steep roofs and little room between adjacent properties. Avenue Road Roofing had the right experience for this work. Their senior consultant, Matthew, took the time to explain how the work would be done, and their project coordinator, Jason, stayed in touch as the work progressed, and was quick to reply to emails.
