Our project started very well with Aya (branch on Mount Pleasant), their prices were competitive and we did appreciate the quality of their kitchen doors, the rep Steve is knowledgeable and was really helpful to help us out to do take the right options. It was in April with a delivery due end of June. The job was partially done for the first week of July and the rest (replacement of damaged doors and missing pieces) were due 3 weeks later (everytime they make a mistake or need to replace something it's at least 3 weeks), some of the problem were cause by our entrepreneur who had to change the position of some vent pipe. We are now in October and still waiting for our project to be complete (many reasons, like the rep forgot to order the defect product for a month! wrong measure etc). We tried for the last 3 weeks to get dates and answers but our emails were left without any reply. Of course, we had to pay upfront so we have no power to negotiate with them, we really feel to be their last priority. We've been more than patient but I have to admit that this situation is frustrating because the product/price/installer are really nice (we are satisfy with the product and the professionalism of the installer) but communication with the sales rep after the sales and respect of deadline are painful. We hope that our project will come to an end this fall. Product, pricing, installer are great... but dealing with their rep just left a real sour souvenir of this journey. If you have plenty of time (6month+) feel free to consider them. Otherwise, you should take another company.
