Jeff was very courteous and helpful when he came to install a sub-panel to support an upcoming A/C installation. He offered suggestions on how to run the power across the room to the exterior of the unit and ultimately arrived at a much better solution than the one we initially discussed. I was very happy with his work.

Jeff has been our electrician for many many years now. He is so personable, prompt and above all so knowledgeable. If there was a 10++ rating he would be at the top of our list. Of course we have recommended him to others. Jeff has never failed to come up with solutions to at times some tricky situations. His workmanship is first class.

Jeff showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. His work was excellent, he needed to make a bare minimum amount of holes (one very small one) to access the wiring.

Our existing light fixture above our staircase was far too close to the landing and the new light we had purchased would not have worked out at all as it was a much larger piece. We called Bestway and went over the details of what we wanted. We spoke to Jeff and he was very friendly and courteous. Jeff provided an approximate quote and time-frame for the job to be completed. In short, it was a pretty muggy day and Jeff needed to get into the attic to relocate the receptacle above the stairwell, crawl out above the stairwell on two 2x10 (10 foot) boards to hang the fixture all completed in a relatively short time. Well worth the money I paid and I would not hesitate to call Bestway again. Thank you to Jeff and the Bestway team!

Jeff was recommended by Royal Lighting and I am so glad I called him. In order to determine what was broken, he had to climb a ladder to reach for the light fixtures, took them down and did the repair. Also, once he installed the new bulbs he switched them on downstairs and waited ten minutes to make sure everything will work once installed back up. Jeff was also happy to take a look at the fixture/bulb/switch in our bathroom. Although he had another appointment, he took his time in order to make sure the job was done. I was very happy with the service - will always call Jeff for any electrical work we might have.

Service person was on time, respective of my home, very tidy, cleaned up when he was finished and overall very professional. Also, they sent me a copy of the invoice on-line. I try to be as paperless as possible, so this meant alot to me.
I will definitely deal with this company again.

When Jeff came to fix one problem, he solved it in literally minutes. He charges a minimum of one hour for house calls; but rather than leaving it at that, he actually started quizzing me about other things he could do to make the most use of the hour! There was something that needed to be done at some point in the next couple of months, setting up wiring for a dishwasher, and so he tackled that job expertly and professionally, explaining to me at every step of the way what was going on, and ended up finishing both projects within the hour.

I was very impressed with Jeff's professionalism and helpfulness, and won't hesitate to contact him again.

Jeff arrived when he said he would, and completed the work as promised. Maybe not the cheapest but for sure, THE BEST.
