We arranged for a dumpster to be delivered on Saturday morning and it arrived nice and early at 8am - no problem there. The problem arose when we arrived home on Thursday evening to find the dumpster gone - two days early and with no direction from us for it to be picked up. My boyfriend called and asked where it went and no-one knew. They are still trying to figure this one out. Bad, bad, bad customer service all around.
UPDATE: We did eventually receive a credit from Blue for the inconsistencies. However, the Customer Service was still very poor quality, the manager was rude, and we never did receive a copy of our dumpster request that we requested several times.
UPDATE #2: Since the last update, we have received a copy of our dumpster request.
