I had gotten three quotes for my driveway replacement. Luis quoted me fairly which doesn't always happen being a woman. The crew showed up on time and efficiently finished removing and replacing my asphalt driveway in just a few hours. It looks great and I would definitely recommend him and his guys. Job well done!

My whole driveway was a mix of gravel and soil due to a water and gas line replacement. I sent a phone call request through HomeStars and Lui called me back the next day. He had a 7 man crew grade the ground so water drains away from the garage and towards the sump. Also, his crew was nice enough to dig and bury an tech line for my motorized gate. They finished paving 1000 square feet of driveway just before 12 noon! The drive way looks great and my neighbors are complimenting the workmanship! Couldn't be happier. Good job guys!

I had a disaster of a side yard and Lui's team did a fantastic job of giving me awesome, usable patio space. They excavated all the existing material and poured a beautiful concrete pad. Their quote was competitive, they got the job done quickly, and were super-easy to work with! Very pleased with the end result!

We used Bortolo & Sons 2 years ago to replace our driveway after getting several estimates, and were very pleased with their work. This summer, while redoing the front yard, we decided to widen the driveway. Rather than ripping out the still-new asphalt and starting over, we went directly to Luis for a plan to add more asphalt along the sides. It took a few days to get a reply in the busy season but once this was done, the date for the work happened quickly. The crew arrived promptly, remembered our place from two years ago, were extremely friendly and personable, finished quickly and cleaned everything up well. While the newer asphalt is inevitably a darker colour for now, they are lined up with the older sections as seamlessly as possible, and the crew gave us advice about choosing a sealcoat product in the next year or two to make it all uniform in colour.
What sets Bortolo & Sons apart is Luis' professionalism and the crews' friendly manner. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

It's not every day you rip out and replace the concrete garage floor of your home without some trepidation. Picking the right contractor is key to piece of mind. After reviewing the internet for contractors I settled on Bortolo & Sons. Right decision. Lui quoted the project quickly. Danny and the demolition crew made short work of my old garage floor and then Mike, the concrete foreman did an outstanding job of placing the new pour.
