As you know we came to your showroom to explore the idea of replacing our builder's kitchen with the dream kitchen that we always wanted. Whether it be kitchen design, choice or color of the cabinets and hardware of the cabinets, Mr Padam and his fantastic team was there to answer all the questions that we had.

Renovating can be an extremely stressful time. I would like to thank Brampton Kitchens and especially Harvey for helping me with my two bathroom renovations. Even though the job wasn't a huge Kitchen make over, the service and attention I received designing the vanities from the colour, to the cabinet style and hardware was greatly appreciated. I recently had brampton kitchens renovate my kitchen and have absolutely no complaints!
The owner came out to assess and quote and was more than helpful planning the layout. The turnaround time to install was very reasonable too.
The installers were friendly and finished in a day! Couldn't be happier with the look and finish either.
Highly Recommended and worth calling.

I would like to take a moment to share with you our experience in dealing with Brampton Kitchens and Luke in particular.
It was about two years ago we first spoke to Luke about purchasing a new kitchen. Your company was recommended by a neighbour, Hugh McGowan. While my husband was in favour, I was reluctant to move forward based upon the work required in getting this job completed.
Luke was most helpful and patient throughout the process. Finally two years later we decided to move forward. Although we contacted other kitchen manufacturers, had two sister’s recently purchase IKEA for their own kitchens and praise them, as well as having the opportunity to buy kitchen cabinets through my work, we elected to use Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets largely due to the fact that Luke was a key part of the arrangement.
Luke offered excellent ideas, mostly of which we incorporated. With his wealth of knowledge, there is no need or added cost of hiring a designer; he comes free as an added bonus. He was always available for our queries and seemed to have an excellent recall of our file to the point one may have thought we were his only customer. Of course, we knew better based upon the numerous active files on his desk.
With Luke representing your company with such professionalism and based upon his wealth of experience, we assumed he was the owner. Luke is truly an asset to your business. My husband and I would be delighted to refer Luke to friends for future kitchen makeovers and have already started the process.

For well over eight months, this past year, I interviewed countless carpenters and tradespeople in attempt to have a library designed and installed in my new home. For seven of those months I received litany of empty promises, vacant looks, unreturned calls and missed appointments. Frustrated and upset, I was accidentally led to Brampton Kitchen by my secretary and initially felt the lead was inappropriate and pointless. I called nonetheless with anything but high hopes.
On Monday October, 2014, Luke Lanfrey arrived punctually at 4:30 p.m. He was pleasant, cordial and extremely well informed. He made suggestions that no other carpenter had mentioned. He solved potential disasters that no one else seemed able to avoid. And he did so in a genuine, decent, compassionate fashion. He dealt with my wife and I without any of bravado or aloofness that I had come to expect from previous tradespeople who had flippantly come and gone with little care or concern for our wishes. Never did he pressure us or push us to purchase what we did not wish to own. He listened, he heard and he created a masterpiece!
Leslie and I are ecstatic at what we now have available to us in our new library. The workmanship is outstanding but leadership is what made this job happen! Luke has been genuine godsend to the Donovan household. He has singlehandedly returned my faith in tradespeople, carpentry and craftsmanship. His gentle, decent, honest approach has been as refreshing as it has been surprising. I can only say thank you, Brampton Kitchens, for sending us Luke Lanfrey when I had all but given up on ever having my dream accomplished. As a result, I promise to recommend you to all my friends.
Luke, you have truly made an arduous and painful experience both endurable and enjoyable. Your employer is very fortunate to have you on their front lines.

My name is Mike G. and I would like to share an experience that I had while dealing with Brampton Kitchen. Several months ago, I purchased a kitchen from Brampton Kitchen. The kitchen when installed looked absolutely amazing when completed and the people who installed the kitchen were nothing but first class. Our sales representative who no longer works there was also first class. A couple of months after the install, I noticed the 3 doors that were not shutting properly. They were warped at the top. I wanted to take care of this right away but just never got to it. The other day I finally got some time and called Brampton Kitchen. I was expecting a battle because my kitchen was purchased and installed in mid-2014. I was expecting them to say that the kitchen is out of warranty; your sales rep does not work here anymore etc., however to my surprise the lady at the front desk just told me to bring the doors in that I had a problem with. I could not believe my ears. Somebody actually cared about their customers and did everything to make them happy. Wow. Not what I expected in today’s world of retail where you are very lucky to even get somebody to talk to you. Thanks to Brampton Kitchen for making our day. And the next time that I need some cabinetry work done, I will not hesitate to contact Brampton Kitchen.
