Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets Ltd

First, I'd like to address the timeline given and the actual time it took. We redesigned our small kitchen, paid a deposit in July 2015 and it was only half installed before Christmas and it wasn't until February of 2016 that the work ended. Tons of errors, very poor craftsmanship and installation. It was defective from the beginning, with pieces lifting, comping unglued, finishing not done properly, etc. The bottom line is that once they get their money they vanish. Very poor customer service too and rude to boot! It has been a little over a year and the kitchen is literally falling apart! The cheap coating on the cabinets is coming off and lifting with heat or moisture, the paint is wearing off and they never came to address our concerns. The fact is that these cupboards are very poorly made and use very cheap materials. Also, they recommended an electrical guy who wasn't even certified and he tore apart our kitchen ceiling to try to install pot lights! We had to pay, then call a real professional to fix his destruction and install the pot lights properly.

I just want to thank Padam and Jas for our amazing kitchen. Honestly we didn't expect the kitchen to look so good. Our family and friends are amazed when they see our kitchen. The staff at Brampton Kitchen are very professional people. Thank you both for make our dream kitchen.

Just a note to say thank you to Padam, Jasdeep, and the rest of the staff at Brampton Kitchen. They are such amazing people to deal with and the workmanship they provide is amazing. We have had 3 kitchens made for us by them and have been more that satisfied with there work. We have also recommended them to family and friends who have also had their kitchens made there. we would not have our kitchens made by anyone else. The are the best. We have had a ton of compliments. Great feeling. Great people.

This is long overdue , but we wanted to say thank you to everybody at Brampton Kitchen and Cabinets for the excellent work they did on our kitchen and laundry room . It was absolutely the right decision . Havey and everyone including the installers Jaswinder and Manjit were professional and efficient, and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them to our family and friends and to any future customers .

Our Kitchen looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the service and workmanship Brampton kitchen has provided! Padam has been great to work with and in helping us make the right design decisions. Praseena has been very friendly, skilled and accommodating. This has been the first reno project where I haven't been stressed and frustrated with the contractors. Their attention to detail, communication and professionalism throughout the project was great. I would be happy to use their services again in the future.

I settled for Brampton Kitchen Cabinets as I liked Harvey's approach in showing us a design which enhanced the kitchen. His showing us the process of manufacture inhouse sealed the deal. Percy from Brampton Kitchen Cabinets was always there to answer my various queries. The staff mainly installer were very professionals and took pains in installation. Jas and Harvey rose to the exigency of getting the countertop installed in record time since we had a festival coming up. Jas supervised his people all the time and that brought a personal touch to the installation of the countertop. The guys provided by Harvey who did the backsplash did an excellent job
On the whole I am very satisfied with the workmanship.

We would like to thank all of the staff of Brampton Kitchen for the recent renovation of our kitchen. All workers, including cabinet installers, floor installers, counter top installers, plumbers, electricians, gas technician and the finishing touches workers were polite, professional and clearly skilled. Special thanks go to Padam for taking on our project and designing our new kitchen and also to Praseena who was our friendly contact person throughout the entire process. When we were looking to buy our next house, we had a dream kitchen in mind and had planned to renovate the kitchen as soon as we moved it. Got some quotes from contractors but were not happy and confident to go with any of them. Found Brampton Kitchen on the internet and fell in love with the model kitchens that were on display. However it took a while and four reminders before their representative visited us and gave us a quote. It wasn’t going well with a couple of appointments as we were called to the store but the representative wasn’t there. That’s when Mr. Padam Tatter, the owner of the company intervened and took over the project. Padam delivered what he promised and all his staff/contractors were very pleasant to deal with and every one of them completed their work very professionally without any delay. Special mention to me made about Jijo, Mandeep, the floor laying contractor and the electrical contractor. The whole experience with Brampton Kitchen was absolutely amazing and the way they conducted themselves were very professional. The materials used were high quality and the prices reasonable. Me and my wife love to show off our dream kitchen to our friends and every one of them had one just word “WOW”.
This was one of the best decisions we made and are thrilled with the way the kitchen has turned out. A big thank you for Padam and his team and thank you for building the dream kitchen for us.

We are very happy with the design of our kitchen. We were struggling with how to reconfigure the space and Harvey came up with a fantastic design. The installers Raj and Randy were amazing. They were very professional and paid attention to every detail. Jas was very helpful and efficient in organizing the installation of the counter tops. Overall we are happy with Brampton Kitchen although we were frustrated at times with the lack of communication.

Brampton kitchen was the first place we began our search and the one we've picked for our new kitchen. The staff are great and helpful, Padam is the owner and he is a very good guy, we had a great design for our kitchen thanks to him and his hard work team. Also Jas the counter top leader, a yonge guy with lots of enthusiasm.
I definitely recommend Brampton kitchen as your number one place for a great kitchen and more.
