I was given a new kitchen from my husband for my birthday,first I had to go into Brampton kitchen to choose some things that I liked or didn't like,when I went in I did just that.Harvey made up a list for my husband citing all the most expensive items in the store,my husband paid thinking this was what I choose. When I was given the paper stating what I choose ,I was shocked,as I didn't even know what a light valance was,but apparently I choose that..I was asked to go into the store to pick my clots,a week later Harvey again asked me to return into the store to pick my colours,he is a very rude salesman,who does not respect women. We paid on May 28 and never heard from them again,after repeated calls with no returns ,I went into the store ,I talked to the owner,which at that time I didn't know who he was. This man walked me through everything,he was very nice. Then Harvey shows up, so I'm asking when will my kitchen start,we picked a date,Aug 9 ,I asked how long it will take from start to finish,I was told between 3 to 7 days.they removed my kitchen on August 9 ,then took almost 2 weeks to put in my counter.Jas the counter guy was amazing,very nice to work with,Harvey should take lessons from him on how to treat people. in all this time we had to eat out 3 meals a day ,because we didn't have a sink. Again I kept trying to call Harvey to put in in for me ,he never returned my calls..when they was installing my kitchen ,they left my doors wide open and they was not even in the building,leaving me exposed to people being able to walk into my home,I know this because I came home from work on my lunch to check up on them,I waited inside my living room for over half an hour. Then when I returned that night they was still working on my kitchen,I noticed a cut in my hardwood,that wasn't there when I went to work,they denied dropping anything on my floor..this floor was installed 2 weeks before,they druse to accept responsibity for this..when I wrote my last review ,Harvey called myhusband to tell him I gave him a bad review and to tell me to take it down,then Harvey called me screaming at me asking me to remove my review. Today when I called and told him I wasn't happy and was considering legal action against him ,he was rude,even saying he will personally pay for the lawyer for the company,and also told me he would not be finishing my kitchen.

I would like to thank Padam and staff. The staff were very courteous and helpful in every way. It took a bit longer than expected to get finished, but the end result was amazing. Thanks again for my beautiful kitchen.

I purchased a kitchen from Brampton Kitchen Cabinets.
I worked with one the sales associates on the floor originally.
After transferring from our original sales associate to Padum, we had a great experience. He cares about his business and about his customers. Thank you to Padum! And, Raj is great too if you have the opportunity for him to install your kitchen, super pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

We are a NJ based home owner. Brampton Kitchen remodeled our kitchen. The design, demonstration and the involvement from start to finish was excellent.. Amazing attention to the details and incredible work exceeded our expectations. They were flexible with making adjustments as we went through. We needed a couple of extra things after the original design was done, and they were more than happy to work with us. The most important thing was the workmanship. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The method of installation and materials used were top-notch. Excellent construction and excellent materials were used, I was very satisfied with their work, and I would highly recommend them. They are comparable to the current market and I think they had competitive prices.
We're extremely pleased with the work done by Brampton Kitchen.

i am writing to thank you for the wonderful and amazing job you did to take off the cheap kitchen supplied by builder and building a brand new awesome dream kitchen for me. I know i was difficult some times but you handled it very well. I could not believe the fact that you really converted those magazine pictures that brought to you into reality. My kitchen actually looks much better than model home kitchen. Hats off to you young man....keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend Harvy and his team to everyone.

We were supposed to be completely finished with everything including granite countertops roughly 10 days after beginning the project...we were not finished completely until roughly 5 weeks after that. I had a list of items including a missing dishwasher panel that went incomplete till 5 weeks after. I kept sending the list of outstanding and/or unfinished items to BKC but the list seemed to be ignored by the warranty department. It appears that there is a severe lack of communications in this small company. The warranty repair man came to our place no less than 4 times. Apparently, he never saw my list and kept forgetting items to bring with him to finish the job. Very frustrating for the end customer.To summarize, the end result is beautiful, the cabinet quality is not top notch but neither was the price. We opted for painted cabinet doors instead of hardwood. Materials used for the cabinets are melamine coated MDF. They do not offer a plywood cabinet option. I would have asked for something different for the under sink cabinets. We had a kitchen flood some weeks ago through no fault of BKC and the under sink cabinet now needs to be replaced and that is a huge job. Again, no fault of BKC here. Luc was a real professional throughout the whole process. He was a good buffer between his obviously overworked and disorganized company and the customer; us.

The overall score would have been 9 or 10 had we not had 4 additional service calls over 5 weeks for the 2 hours worth of work that remained to finish our kitchen. Luc was great throughout the entire project. A real professional.

Harvy is one of the most intelligent and brilliant person i have ever come across. Great understanding of the project and outstanding customer service. I am 1000 percent satisfied with Brampton kitchen services nd recommend it to everyone

What a fantastic job Brampton Kitchens did for our kitchen renovation. Luke outdid himself with a great design and understanding of what we wanted and expected. I cannot express how great our kitchen looks and feels. Everybody who has seen it can't stop talking about it.
I would suggest that you go to Brampton Kitchen and ask for Luke. You can't go wrong with him and the cost of a kitchen from Brampton Kitchens. Thanks again....Joe

I want to thank you for the kitchen of my dreams!
When we were looking at redoing our kitchen, a co-worker mentioned she had hers done with Brampton Kitchen and was very happy.

I started to look on-line and saw great reviews. I found out that Luke is, like me, french speaking. He came over for a consultation where we discussed the design. He was extremely knowledgeable and was full of ideas. The kitchen came on time and was beautifully made. The men who installed it took pride in their work and it showed with the attention to details. They came back the next day to finish off.

Luke also suggested a contractor which also provided on-time quality work. We were so pleased that we ended up doing our bathroom, laundry room.

Kamal was amazing at communicating and following up. Always a pleasure to see her!

Luke and his team made the experience one that I would for sure recommend.
