Cambie Roofing Contractors

Very impressed with the service from Paul and the roofers . Prompt evaluation of the issues involved and a professional re-roof and clean up. I would use again and highly recommend to both family and friends.

Flat roofs can be a pain and ours was no exception until Cambie Roofing fixed it. They are the only company in town that I would trust to look after my roof and I'll be calling them again soon to take care of the garage!

HORRIBLE!

They left nails from the roofing project all around the property. Two different vehicles had nails in their tires.

The portable outhouse they used was placed right under our window when it could have been better located elsewhere on the property -like next to our dumpsters. We called Cambie Roofing to ask to have the outhouse moved, they never did.

Then the employees couldn't seem to remember to lock the outhouse after they were finished after each day, so every homeless person in Vancouver used the outhouse throughout the night. A special thanks to Cambie Roofing for allowing the outhouse door slam close outside our window ALL night long.

The companies voicemail talks all about the "family" business they run. I think it's an appropriate voicemail as it's ALL about them and not the client.

WE WILL NEVER HIRE CAMBIE ROOFING AGAIN.

not impressed with this company at all. they start a job, take their sweet time. our patios were ripped up over a month ago and still hardly a trickle of work has been done. we are patient but growing impatient. i suspect this is going to take all summer. i would be cautiously optimistic on any timing they give to future customers because clearly they are not on the ball with the project we have on the go with them now.

the project was done in 2 days and it was done well. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I thought perhaps the price can be a bit lower buy overall I'm happy with the result.

Very good job reroofing a character home in Vancouver. Used the best materials, the best venting system and delivered at a very reasonable price. The office staff were easy to get a hold of and the actual work was done quickly. They were also good in providing the direct warranty from the shingle manufacturer and have followed through on their own warranty for their installation work.

Had to replace parts of the old roof due to molding. They took 3 days to completely remove the molding out and replace it with new roof. Good thing it wasn't running during the 3 days. Was surprised that it took 3 days to complete but I'm satisfied with the service that they provided.

Although the crew who did the work did a satisfactory job of the moss removal, the owner was very difficult to get hold of and was abrasive on the phone when we did reach him. We had to call him a few times to get follow up questions answered. We would have wanted them to do more work; however, the owner didn't return our calls and we gave up.
