I WENT TO HOME SHOW AND BUY FURNACE , HUMDIFIER AND THERMOSTAT FROM CAMBRIDGE HEATING & COOLING SERVICE WITH 10 YEARS PARTS AND LABOUR AFTER THAT I HAVE SO MANY ISSUES AND THIS COMPANY STILL CHARGES MONEY AND DONT CHECK THE WARRANTY PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY NOT WITH CAMBRIDGE HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY IT HAS 0 RATING WHEN COME TO SERIVE THEY ALSO CHARGE VISITING AND THEIR TECHNICIAN DONT COMPLETE THE QUALITY JOB

The technician was on time, polite, knew his stuff, and efficient. I heartily recommend Cambridge Heating and Cooling for their service. I should also add they had great advice on where to get the air filters. We have the 5" box filters, so not the usual 1" thick kind. That advice has saved us $ as well.

Our ac broke down on a very hot day. We called in a panic, as we both have health issues. Cambridge was here in two hours and repaired the unit. Reasonably priced, efficient, and couldn't have been more courteous. Worth noting:my son miscounted the cash, and the repairman, Umair, returned the overpayment immediately. Kudos on all fronts! Technician arrived as scheduled and went about his business checking and cleaning furnace system components. He was friendly, helpful and answered all questions that I had ... very professional. I did ask if the blower speed could be adjusted to increase the flow of heat to the 2nd floor, and the Tech made the necessary adjustments quickly to our satisfaction. I would recommend Cambridge Heating and Cooling to do maintenance work on your system. Their maintenance program is good value.

Had our A/C and our furnace replaced with new units by Cambridge. Work was done efficiently and professionally.

The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on schedule and finished the installation in a timely fashion. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them.
