They quoted me 150 then told me it would cost 200 to clen the window after deposit was paid. Then continued to argue with me about completion date. It has now been 3 months since I placed the order, still no window.

We had Canada Glass and Mirror do the glass for our new shower stall. They measured correctly and were very neat and tidy with the installation. Overall, they did a great job. I would recommend them.

i contacted canada glass to replace a few broken window panes in my french doors. they were professional from appointment day to installation. The order was delivered on schedule, installation was complete on time and their price was more than fair. I will definitely call them again for any glass requirement that comes along.

I ordered a custom glass back splashed to be painted to match the wall colour. I was told the order would take 3 weeks. However the day before it was to be delivered, I received a call telling me that the paint machine had broken and my project would be delayed 3 weeks while they waited for the new part to come in. I later learned that they out-source this type of work.
During installation I cracked a piece of the glass and had to reorder.
The second order was placed and 3 weeks later the order came in incomplete. Canada Glass assumed no responsibility for the mistake and said the second piece would take an additional 3 weeks. When I installed the glass, the colour did not match. At this point Canada Glass passed the responsibility off on the out-sourced company and said it would be ready in 1 week. A week and half later the order arrives but they have broken one of the glass pieces.

In short a simple order that should have been ready in 3 weeks, took more 4 months to complete. I was left dissatisfied and annoyed!

Purchased a custom glass door for a shower, the estimater arrived quickly, the door was delivered and installed ahead of schedule, the installation guys were on time, efficient and helpful.

I was a little concerned as it was mounted onto a granite frame, but no issues for these professsionals.

Overall, great people to deal with.

Had Canada Glass and Mirror stop by to quote on a bathtub and shower door tempered glass enclosure based on a recommendation from a friend. Sam stopped by the next day to measure up our bathrooms and offer some advice in terms of what would looks best.

After deciding to go with them (their quote was on par with competitors out there), I was not disappointed in the least. Their installers showed up roughly a week after we accepted the quote and true to their word, installed the glass door enclosure and bathtub glass as per our quote. The installers were very friendly, courteous and delivered a professional finish that we were very happy with. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I hired Canada Glass to install a shower inclosure . They showed up on time explained all my options and were very helpful in advising what would work well and what wouldn't. when the glass was ready about two weeks later they were very efficient in installing it. They wrer very neat and tidy and everything is just as I envisioned it. thanks I will be reffering you to all my friends.

Canada Glass installed my master bathroom mirrors and fixed my shower door. The workmanship was excellent, the service men were professional, friendly and hard working. A very positive experience. I hadn't even planned on having my shower door fixed but the estimator had noticed that it had slipped out of its molding and was hazardous. Good catch! I would definitely hire them again.

The person that came out to measure did an amazing job and showed me all the options that were available to me. The installation also went without a hitch!
