I was recommended by my uncle and cousin who have used Tropical Insulation in 2018. Gino and Alex from Tropical Insulation arrived here on time. Very friendly and did the work to my satisfaction and showed me in the attic and I was very happy. Clean after them self very well.

Tropical was very responsive to all my questions before I asked them to come do the work. They were first to offer an estimate, and had no problem waiting while I got comparable estimates from a couple other providers. They showed up on time, finished the work in the time they said, and tidied up before leaving! I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience with Tropical, from initial inquiry to end of project, was fantastic and professional. Staff showed up when they said they would, they worked quickly and neatly, and even put up with our very barky dog. The cost was less than we expected as well. I would highly recommend them.

Fast and friendly, they did a great job. They covered up everything near the attic hatch. They also cleaned up after they finished, with no mess. The difference after the insulation was added was amazing. The home retained heat so well throughout the winter.

I am going through an energy audit and decided to take full advantage. Switched out my furnace, AC, and hot water tank. The additional incentive was for insulation. I contacted tropical Insulation and had an estimated within a week. A week later, everything was done. The sale rep. Gary was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done. The installers - Gino and Ryan did a fantastic job and cleaned up as much a they could, prior to leaving my home. I can feel the difference and know the will save me money on my heating and AC. Thank you Tropical for working with me and making this a painless process. Kudos to the team.

honest, punctual, reliable, not trying to up sell things we didn't need, that goes for both sales rep and technicians and office staff.

Sourced a few quotes to add additional attic insulation - all prices were very similar but I ended up picking Tropical (even though marginally more expensive) because I felt their sales representative Walter really took the time to put together a detailed quote and answered all of my questions/concerns - the extra mile in customer service really does make the difference!

Gino came and installed about a week later and he was also very friendly and professional, allowed me to see the difference for myself when he was finished. I was very happy with the entire experience overall. Thanks!
