Common Ground Architecture

This company took our money completed less than 40% of the work then walked away demanding a new contract almost twice the size of th original in order to finsih the work (demanding even more money up front).. Then we find out they did not pay the sub trades for the work that did get done and we get stuck with liens on the house. A complete and total nightmare that we are still living.

Never mind that project took close to 3 years - common ground never intended to finish it - there are out there to drain you out of your money. what they manage to accomplish is a house with randomly staggered croocked windows, leaking basement, drywall with horrible waves, central vac with no central wiring - and that is just an appetizer. If you ever hear names of [owners name removed - ed] of Oakville or his little crook in training [name removed - ed] of Burlington - RUN....
