our furnace broke down a month ago on one of the coldest days of February. called cosmopolitan and they stated they could replace the same day. true to their word. it was very professional and smooth. they just finished the A/C install today 3 weeks later, as scheduled. special thanks to Arshad and apprentice. thanks boys!

I got my Lennox furnace installed, I am satisfied with prompt after sales service. There was some minor issue in the beginning which was fixed by technicians from Cosmopolitan after reporting the problem . They were prompt in their service and I recommend them

Arther H came today for annual service on my furnace and a/c. Very professional, knowledgeable, and clean. He noted all my comments on the performance and verified that things were working as they should. He made an extra adjustment for my humidifier settings I have been suffering with low humidity for quite some time. Things are looking much better, and I feel more informed on the operation as a result of his expertise. I strongly recommend his service.

We just had A Hason in to do a diagnostic on our furnace. He was professional, thorough and helped us understand the furnace issues we were having. Our furnace is now running well and I would definitely have him back if we had any issues in the future.
