We had our furnace and AC installed by Cosmopolitain Mechanical Services a year ago. They were very professional, so we naturally called them again for the maintenance. The technician, Mr. Hasan Hather, first called me to re-confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very meticulous. Guess who I will call next Spring to service my AC? Mr. Hather again!

I had a brand new power-vented water heated installed in Sept, so far so good. I went on vacation for 10 days, and came back to some pretty chilly weather. I checked my furnace and my furnace wasn't firing up.

So I called my furnace guy and he came only to find that the folks who installed my water heater forgot to turn the gas on to my furnace. Of course I was upset, but gave Cosmopolitan the benefit of the doubt (and you know what, everyone makes mistakes).

Cosmopolitan couriered me a cheque to cover the $120 :)

Rafi was extremely polite and professional, called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, and did an amazing job of checking our furnace while explaining everything he was doing and how everything worked. Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with when booking our appointment. I couldn't recommend this company more.

I Bought Amana Furnace and air conditioner from cosmopolitan. They have installed the air condition and Furnace in one day. Their installer work was very admirable. I also got new humidifier from them. I recommend them to everyone looking for heating and cooling work.

Hasan came to to do the annually service for our Tank less water heater, furnace and AC unit. He is very thorough when her performs his work. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing.

Last year I had an extremely good experience with Cosmopolitan regarding installation of new Furnace and A/C. This year, I signed up for annual service and this has further strengthened by trust in this company. Mr. Hasan Ather, the service engineer was not only punctual ( proper calls for appointments etc) but during the whole process explained to me what things need to be taken care of. Why certain things need to be changed regularly. The impact on the systems. While we may not understand what they actually do, but if someone explains the process, somehow one feels much more comfortable that the system is being taken care of in a professional manner. Also providing choices and no up sell. Really great. Thank you Hasan. Will want Hasan for all the service calls.
