Our air conditioner was installed by Cosmopolitan mechanical last year. We are very happy with there work. There tech showed up on time and finished the work on time. We love our ac because it is very quite and cools our house.

We bought a brand new house from builder. Builder did not put air conditioner. We called three different companies. Finally we decided to go with cosmopolitan. We ordered Lennox 13ACX air conditioner. Technician name Fred came to our house for the installation. He was very courteous. He explained the whole installation procedure to us before starting the work. After installation he explained the function of Lennox air conditioner. We found the air conditioner very quiet. We are fully satisfied with cosmopolitan Work

My York furnace suddenly stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I was really worried because my wife was expecting a baby. Steve was polite and knowledge able. We liked the way he explained everything to us. Finally we chose him for the installation. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable he was and he spent the time showing me what the issue was and spent additional time explaining how the furnace worked and what else to look out for in the future. In the end it was a simple fix, but I was very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and friendliness
