Paul Sushobhan, the Sales Assc. was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Kevin booked my appointment within 24 hours and in 48 hours my new furnace was installed. The installation was performed by Greg and his associate and was well done. I encountered a problem the next day but it was caused by my air conditioner and Greg quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Paul returned about one week later to check everything and make sure the installation and the furnace was in good working order. Kevin and I then reviewed my contract and made some minor adjustments. I am very satisfied with the service, the product, and the professionalism of this company and expect my relationship in the future with Cosmopolitan and their associates to be positive and long lasting.
