The cleaner that came out was friendly and very courteous. He went through all the vents and ducts in the house performing the job quickly and correctly. I am thus far completely satisfied with the service that was provided.

I am very satisfied after the service for my water heater. Cosmopolitan did an excellent job. Before my water heater was not working well but after service it is good as new. Thanks to Cosmopolitan.

We had lennox system in our home for almost 22+ years and I am still very satisfied with the Lennox Brand. The only reason for replacement was to switch over from mid to higher efficiency system. We took quotes from multiple heating and cooling companies including Cosmopolitan.
The Sales rep Kurram was very good and knowledgeable. He offered me very reasonable prices for the whole Lennox System. Installation crew was very professional. Would definitely use Cosmopolitan team again. Highly recommended.

On July 16th 2012, I felt as if I was among one of the world's most satisfied customers on planet earth, after the Cosmopolitan team had left my home. Their staff, crew, team, squad, or you may call it their fleet of trained professionals who landed my Amana furnace right into my home, we're spectacular at their work. And when I mean spectacular, the isolates all the contractors/companies I've dealt with to Comsopolitan. Ever since my new furance and air conditioner installation, my 7 year old son frequently makes way down stairs to see the great shiny system working at it's best. And I don't blame him :) Additionally I will be more than happy to acknowledge the great recommendation Khurram had posed to me when giving me my quote. The price was very reasonable and after seeing the clean job they had done. I had no regrets but rather my next step is to go for the Tankless Water Heater system which i'm having installed on Monday. Lastly I would like to acknowledge the great collaboration by their office, good recommendation by Khurram, and great installation by Fred. Keep up the good work. WithIn a few days this review will end up on the next page, due to the busy work schedule Cosmopolitan is experiencing. But on Monday I will be more than happy to write my experience with my Tankless Water Heater installation. If anyone here is considering your furnace or air-conditioner. Look no further and go with Cosmopolitan. You'll be happy you did.

Just moved into a new home during the heat wave and needed AC badly. Called Cosmopolitan based on the Homestars reviews and Raza came by (on time). He did all the measurements and recommended an appropriate sized unit. We booked the install date and the install guys came (on time). They worked quickly and quietly (considering they were drilling a hole in the house) and even replaced a missing cover on my furnace. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I had a couple questions about temperature changes between floors that Raza was great at answering and he told me what to ask the installers to do to help compensate. Unfortunately, the installers were not so good at listening (or explaining) and in the end I was directed to just close my basement vents. Aside from that minor communication piece the service was excellent.

My only issue overall (and this is preference) was that I had a good experience with a Coleman AC unit and it looks as though Cosmopolitan only had Amana and Lennox. So I went with Lennox.

Khurram helped us out picking the right product for our house. He was very professional and there was no pressure at all.
We got the Lennox ACX-13 2.5 Ton for a very good price.

We just moved into a home with no central a/c and was recommended to contact Cosmopolitan to contact Raza specifically for installation. Raza came by for a quote and brought his supervisor in as well for a 2nd opinion to install A/C, we also had to change our furnace (as quite old).
We really appreciate his attention to detail to ensure we had the best option for our situation. Raza is very friendly and patient, he answered all our questions and gave us options.
