Delta Air Systems

We recently had a new Lennox High Efficiency furnace installed to replace a 30+ year old unit. Stan the account rep from Della did a great job in assessing our needs and putting together an acceptable proposal.
The installers arrived on time, took out the old unit and had the new installed within a few hours. There was absolutely no mess and no surprises.

I'd recommend their service to anyone looking for a a "hassle free" installation of a new furnace.

In October 2011, I had my 23 year old furnace replaced by Delta with a high efficiency Lexnnox furnace. I was going to write this review sooner, but I procrastinated. It wasn't until recently, when I had a contractor in to install tile, that I realized just how good Delta's service was.

One of the things I valued most about the work Delta did, was that the installation team ensured I was ok with all decisions throughout the process. This included the new placement of the hot water heater, and where the external intake and outtake pipes for the new furnace would be installed. It would have been easy to just go ahead with what they thought best, but the fact that they sought out my approval first, was extremely appreciated.

Another important point in contrast to the recent contractor, was that the Delta installation team respected the conditions of my home. They laid out drop sheets from the front door to the basement, and took the proper care to not damage the walls while carrying in the new furnace.

I should also mention the thoroughness of the quote process. Unlike the other companies I got quotes from, Scott Padfield was extremely detailed. He examined the entire house, where others only focused on the furnace room. He made recommendations about relocating my cold air returns for better air conditioning performance, even though I wasn't getting an air conditioner installed yet.

In retrospect, I'm very satisfied I went with Delta Air Systems. I'm able to sleep easy and warm this winter knowing they've done a quality installation. Now I just wish they had tile installation guys with the same integrity. :)

This is our second system installed by Delta, the first at a previous home. There was a reason we chose them a second time.

Of all the companies we had out to quote, Scott was the easiest to talk to, and the person I felt most comfortable with for the install of our unit.

The first unit we had installed by them went off without a hitch. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a top notch job.

This time around we weren't as happy with the installers. They left some very large gaps around the transition from the old duct to new, and around the air con. coil. We did raise this issue to our rep. and it was fixed a few weeks later. In the end we are ver happy with the job they did.

We would defiantly use them again for any further hvac needs.

I had Delta Air Systems install a furnace for me on Dec. 7th of this year. I found the salesman Scott, to be extremely helpful when choosing what would be appropriate for my home. He was very professional and honest and did not try to oversell me .Some of the other companies that I had give me a quote, tried to sell me more than I wanted or needed.
When the installers came, they were on time, put down sheets everywhere to protect my floors and carpet, were very respectful of my time and home. They went about their job with few interuptions . Any questions were asked very politely. When they left my home it was as if they had not been there- clean and the basement where they were working, was neat , tidy and clean. The new lines were marked clearly.
Scott came by a few days later to check the system and is recommending a slight change in the position of the filter . He checked it all out and explained the usage of the new thermostat. He offered to come back if I had any questions to help me out. He told me that I could call him any time.
That is the kind of service that I am pleased to recommend to others!

My particular installers were very talented. Quality of work was excellent. Sales followed up to determine satisfaction level. When one of the new ducts was found to be sized wrong they di not jury rig but had the shop manufacture a new one.

We had a few different companies come in for an estimate, but decided to go with Delta because they seemed very knowledgeable about the products and about what we would need. They didn't try to 'upsell' us or anything, just told us what would be best for our needs and our budget. They were very helpful in explaining how the furnace actually works so that we could make an informed decision. On the day of the installation, the 2 workers that came were very polite, and efficient. They cleaned up any mess they made and took they old furnace with them. We contracted Delta for HVAC work and to add a gas fireplace. The workmanship was outstanding. They stuck to the price quoted and completed the work on schedule. The advice they gave added value to the finished product and the attention to detail made the job run smooth.
