WOW! WOW! WOW! What a Difference!

We bought a house and although it looked clean, it wasnt.

I vacuumed the floor register and within seconds clogged my vacuum, there was a ton of dust and debris. The first couple of days in the home all we did was sneeze, actually thought of moving out and renting the place!

Thats where Dial One came in - the before and after pictures tell the story. At least an inch of hair, fur, dust, crud and who know what else!

The real test?
NO MORE SNEEZING!

Rushed duct cleaning, under one hour

Update: The company stood behind its 100% satisfaction guarantee. They returned and addressed my concerns, explaining a small house can be completed quickly by pros. Regardless, they redid the job, provided good tips, and even replaced my dryer vent hose with a new one I had on hand. A class act. I am now fully satisfied and will recommend Dial ONE to others. 10/10 new rating.

Original:
Two techs arrived at 9:45 a.m. and were done in 50 minutes flat. You might expect that from a fly by night, but not from a company that has been around for years. The promise was for approx 2 hrs of time.

I complained: I was promised 2 hrs. The tech responded I was getting 8 years of experience and two guys. They normally work solo, but the other truck was out of commission, so they were doubling up today. Does that mean they doubled up on appointments?

Customers always expect years of experience from their service providers. Many local industry websites state a range of 2 to 4 hrs for cleaning ducts, using two techs. My job was less than 1 hr.

They forgot to take out the furnace filter. A clean Carrier original, costing $60 was destroyed and shown to me afterwards, caked in dirt. Isnt that also a sign the ducts can use more cleaning time?

I have a large intake vent in the basement. Looking at the screws, there was no attempt to remove the vent.

The tech said there is a satisfaction guarantee, and I can bring it up to the company. Here I am, wanting to learn more.

Duct cleaning but job finish in rush and left 1 return duct and one air vent duct unclean

Called the dial one by reading home star review but they came fast which is good but their main vacuum pipe is keep breaking up in middle of work. Also technician has to tape it all the time to finish the job. He forgot to remove the filter before job. Usually return duct clean by unscrew the cover he just want to finish the job faster so he didnt care to unscrew the return duct and just put the air nozzle in through the slot of the cover and said its clean. Also he forgot 1 air vent and 1 return duct vent.

Well, I was completely not happy with their service also they dont listen to customer and not answer the questions of any doubt regarding work and service.

Technician seem like in rush. So, for the next time I am definitely not going with this company for work.

This is horrible that this is happened to you! I wish you would've called us and expressed some concern. This way we could remedy this issue right away and put all of our minds at ease.
I've looked back at the recent records and I can't find you anywhere? I've been dying to reach out but sadly this is the only forum to find you.
Unfortunately these things happen every once and while ,but the mark of good company vrs a bad is how it's dealt with when problems arise.
I can confidently say I'm 100 percent behind you and willing to fix modify or redo whatever.
My techs are amazing workers. Although sometimes like me like you. Sometimes we are off. We all have issues like family,health,money and whatever else they can toss at us.

I've done my best to contact Aamir. We have zero record of this Job. No contact number,address or email. I'm not 100 percent confident we even did the job?
In the review it says. "I was not completely happy with their service also they don't Listen" I feel if this was a legitimate review contact would have been made by now. Considering there is a email alert every time I post a word. I feel I do listen and im ready to address anything negative or positive I've officially been in business 20 years . I've cleaned ducts now for 25 years I'm very good at what I do. If you are real Aamir I can exceed your expectations.

I was extremely impressed by their work and service. When I initially called I spoke with Will and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The on-site technician (MJ) was very knowledgeable, skilled, competent and proficient. He was very clear about explaining the process with me and provided before and after photos. He also gave me some good house keeping best practices in regards to the maintenance and efficiency for my furnace. Highly recommend Dial One Duct Cleaning.
