Fontile Kitchen & Bath

Ashley at Fontile helped us choose our backsplash that would go with our countertop.She also offered to purchase our countertop because they were a cambria supplier via floform & would get a better price which she did. She organized everthing for us. Let us know when our tile was getting low on stock so we could put it on hold. She helped us out with finding tilers as well.

We bought a free standing bath tub from fontile last month. They had a reason able price because the bath tub was manufactured locally in Langley. The tub arrived on time.

We were told our kitchen renovation was simply and could be done in 2-3 weeks maximum. They started weeks late and finished in 4 months leaving us for weeks without a kitchen. We were washing dishes in our tub and we cursed Fontile many times for breaking promises, poor delivery, poor service, and a dreadful customer experience. The quality of the service was poor and we felt we were over charged for what we received. Since our project, I've been asked many names for a kitchen renovation contact and I can NOT recommend Fontile. Dreadful service, poor follow up and it cost us months being inconvenienced. They brought my wife to tears more than 10 times due to frustration and broken promises.

We needed tile for two bathrooms - floor and walls. The staff were very helpful as there was a lot of stock to choose from. They asked about the project - size, style, colour etc, and then showed us some sample tile that might work for us. The tile was reasonably priced, and looks great now it is in the bathrooms.

We appreciated their wide stock of tile. If we needed any help there was always someone there to help us. Their showroom is nice and very well organized which made shopping and finding the tiles we like easy. We will definitely be back.

Fontile is a great tile place with friendly service. Sean Cloete is a great rep that keeps us in the loop of new tile trends. We enjoy using them as our go to tile place.

Location is a bit 'odd', but they have a great showroom. The people working there are very professional, yet approachable. They gave us tile samples to check to see if it would work for our renos before purchasing. Lots of selection to choose from. Worth checking out!

We were expertly guided in choosing our wall and floor tiles. Fontile's suggestions of other suppliers gave us the exact type we wanted. We stayed with them for the very elegant finishing trim tile of Venetian glass...the trim if the focal point of the bathroom and we love it.

Sean from Fontile, came to our house, brought samples we selected the ones that would suit the place, he ordered them, had them delivered. was very helpful through the entire tiling time, and came to see the work finished to make sure that everything is looking great.
