Chris is the example of how trades people should treat customers! The first drywall repair and paint person I hired cancelled a few days before they were to start (booked one month in advance) since they got a bigger job. Chris responded right away and was willing to do a small job on short notice. The insualtion contractor delayed the job and I had to re-schedule Chris for a few days later, which I felt really bad doing. He came and did the job as promised and his team worked diligently and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recomend Chris and plan to have him do more work for me in the in future

After a heavy rain and wind storm, we had several leaks in our house, because the exterior stucco was cracked in a few places. Facing the cold weather was not the best time to work with stucco and we needed a contractor willing to work fast and efficiently. We found Goldwell (Chris Szymusiuk) through HomeStars and we are extremely pleased with the results.
Mr. Szymusiuk organized an in-home visit shortly after our initial contact and inspected our home thoroughly. All the problem areas were identfied, and the project was explained to us in detail (timings, required weather conditions, price, etc.). Everything was done according to plan in a very efficient manner (i.e. we were always told one day in advance if work could be done or have to be postponed for the weather conditions). We will certainly work with Chris and his team again and highly recommend them.

I had old tiles in my kitchen. They were in bad shape. I didn't know what to do, I had small budget and I didn't want mess.
The Goldwell company introduced to me the polymer overlay over my existing tiles. There were no mess and in one day I had my new beautuful shiny floor. It is very easy to maintain, looks awsome .
The Goldwell company was extremly professional and very pleasant to deal .
I would hire them again.

The first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about hiring Goldwell is that I liked Chris right away. He was very direct in describing what the finished product would look like and I felt I could trust him. And I must say, they did a fabulous job. The repaired concrete looks as if it's brand new. The restoration and paint job on the wooden railing structure was also very well done and combined with the concrete restoration, gives the front of our house a very clean and polished look. I will be looking to Goldwell for some interior work in the future as well. Also, Chris was helpful in offering tips and suggestions especially regarding some simple points for me to use to help maintain the finished product for many more years.
Finally, the price was competitive with other contractors I had contacted.

Back in January 2006, our bathroom was seriously damaged by the water overflow from the unit upstairs. I was just fresh from hospital and basically helpless doing anything on my own.
