Banging in pipes after City installed new main water pipes to replace Lead pipes

Plumbing review in Old Toronto

Persistent and intermittent problem with noise in water pipes which does not appear to correlate with taps being on or off or time of day, and will be silent for weeks at a time and then the noise returns.

Lance arrived early, has a great attitude and is a very good listener.
Excellent customer interaction and good communicator.
Job site left spotless

Plumbing work

Quick and efficient - new kitchen faucet installed

Plumbing review in York

My old kitchen faucet starting dripping non-stop. It was more than 20 years old, so we agreed the best move was to have a new one installed. The plumber was excellent - arriving when expected, bringing the new faucet with him, working quickly, efficiently and cleaning up beautifully as he went. Highly recommend!

Water Heating evaluation

I need to replace my hot water system. Cole was honest about the options and discuseed the maintenance and installation of the different systems. He recommended a new tank with the same technology (but a better manufacturer) as the best option and provided an excellent quote for my consideration.

Cole and John were very considerate and friendly. This gives me some confidence in Hoerner.

Navien tankless install

Switch from tank to tankless water heater by Navien. Crew did an efficient install in 4 hours and removed old tank, new system setup well place and functioning well, team did system overview with me and cleaned up debris from removal/install would recommend 100%- extremely professional
