Home Depot - Hamilton

We ordered the toilet in October. Not once did they call us to give us an update. Every time we called we had to leave messages. None of these messages were ever returned. The last time we called they told us that the item had arrived-yet they had not even called us to tell us!

We had painters painting our ceiling. Even though the job was not to our satisfaction they redid it until we were satisfied. It was more the guarantee that we were impressed. We did not feel that home depot has let us down. That is why we are continuing to use home depot.

Had our shutters installed in about a half hour. We thought that was pretty quick, the installer must be good at his job. Later we inspected the work and noticed one shutter was installed crooked and the bay window shutters' corner mitres were open quite a bit. We called Home Depot and was told the company doing the work would call us back soon. Its been 3 days and still waiting to at least get a phone call back from the install company.

had no idea waht type of paint or what colour. This person was a huge help, and we were very happy with the colour and the paint itself. We have since gone back and purchased the same brand of paint for our next project.

We ordered special sized sliding doors. 3 huge panesl. They only shipped us 2. when they finally shipped us the 3rd one. they did not send anymore hardware. then the sent enough for one, not 3. It took 4 months before we could put up the doors!

We went to Home Depot and needed assistance. George helped with the sizing and recommended the colour scheme. We were very pleased, they installed the awning on time and were very courteous. I would highly recommend them to friends.

Well I went in and ordered carpet for 3 rooms and a little 6x5 patch in the hallway. The ordering of the carpet was fine but when it came to installation it was horrid. The one bedroom is decent, the other bedroom is also decent but the living room / hall are god awful. There are bubbles EVERYWHERE, its not tight at all, its a mess. Not sure if this is home depots fault or if they're just contracting the work out to the cheapest labor available?

Recently picked up some great walnut hardwood @ the depot. It was a great deal and the staff was more then willing to bend over backwards to help ship in the product from another store.

The staff at this store were very helpful whenever we had questions about what materials to use. It was very easy to find what we were looking for and everything was in stock.

Bought one of the Angelo Decor fountains in Home Depot, adds alot of depth in the back yard. Had to move a coupe of things around but, it really makes it peaceful listening to the water splash down. Would recommend to anyone.
