always show up and do a good job of spreading fertilizer. The weed service is not so effective as it is just doing spot control of large dandelion. we have lots of other weeds that the service does not control. We have been using them for four years and have renewed. The service cost is of value versus buying the products and applying myself.

This is our first year of completed service with Hometurf. I believe they provide good to very good service. Customer service does exist, that is, they appear to respond to every request or question that was sent to them. This is good and important. Actual lawn service appears very good. That is, they show up according to communicated expectations and leave a summary report. If the service was questionable, that is, perceived as "some areas missed", Hometurf resets expectations and schedules a corrective measure. In terms of product quality, it is difficult to determine in the first year. I think a better judgement can be made maybe after a second year of service, which will be done. No damage was done. The grass appears healthy, but it was not unhealthy before. We still have abundant clover, but they don't manage clover, which is a pity.
