Hometurf Lawn Care Service

We have used this company for 3 years now and have been happy with the service we received and the results of the maintenance they have done on our lawn. We have already prepaid for next year's lawn maintenance service.

I have been using Hometurf Lawn Care for many years. At first I was hesitant to do this as I usually did the lawn care myself. Since the first year I signed up for the complete program I have not been disappointed. The time and money saved as well as the look of the lawn has gone above my expectations. Would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I've had other companies in, but will continue to use Hometurf. They have brought my lawn back to life and have had many compliments. I highly recommend this company for your lawn care.

We have had them do our lawn care for 2 years now. They have a maintenance packages where they come do a number of routine fertilizer, lawn aeration and grass seeding treatments throughout the year. Happy with the service. We are planning to sign up with them again next year.

We have been a repeat customer with Hometurf for a few years now. Even with the scorcher of a summer we had our lawn survived well. The best part is the weed control, especially with the condition of some neighbour's lawns. I would definitely recommend this company!

Have used this company in previous years and was satisfied. Definitely NOT satisfied this year. It's May 20, 2021 and we have not had a lawn treatment yet. When they come, they always put a sign on the lawn, a sheet in our mailbox stating what has been applied and whether we need to water as well as a lawn assessment. We also see granules when they apply product. None of these were done. My husband is an immune c0mpromised senior so has not left the house, doesn't even shop. Our lawn was not treated, although we paid for this service. Home Turf could care less.

This spring - nothing. Spent half an hour on hold trying to get through to company - company records show they did our home - they absolutely did not. Customer service manager extremely rude - no apology, curt, dismissive - she did not care one bit. Offered a $10 credit. Considering we paid $300 for 6 visits, that did not sit well with us. We asked to cancel and have $300 minus the $10 value of missed visit returned - no refunds apparently. Will definitely not be renewing at the end of this year and highly recommend that homeowners save yourselves the hassles and look elsewhere. There are many lawn care companies out there that don't treat their customers this way. I asked for contact for company owner - Customer Service Manager refused to provide it.

Left a message for owner on linked in - he called me back. Larger credit applied and said he arranged for rush servicing of our property. Just watched their technician do the servicing - I think I know why people complain about weeds after Hometurf treats lawn - technician supposed to do spot treatment and general treatment - did a 1 minute run through turning sprayer on and off to apply weed stuff - no general treatment at all, and fertilizer was a super fast run around a few sections of property. Owner needs to know what his technicians are doing (or NOT doing). I can do better myself. I video taped technician doing weed spray.

Hometurf is good about calling or emailing the day before they come so I can make sure the yard is accessible. They show up on time and are efficient. I have used them for many years and appreciate a bit of a discount when I sign up for the following year's service.

I started employing this firm a few years ago sort of as an experiment to see if it would really elevate the health and overall appearance of my lawn. Indeed, it was a successful. I have signed up for another year of service! My lawn is one of the very few in my neighbourhood with no dandelions, and my grass is plush.

We have used Hometurf for several years now and have been consistently pleased with their services. We also get the overseeding and aeration services. Our neighbours have commented on how much better our lawn looks than theirs!
