On Tuesday the rental gas hot water heater started leaking. The rental service technician determined that the heater was not repairable. I requested a quote for J S Home services including timeline for a new electric water heater.
The J S Home Services team were able to install the water heater Wednesday and have it functional by the afternoon.

We had JS Home Service install our new engineered hardwood flooring. They did a fantastic job - the floors look beautiful. They were very courteous, on time, and competitively priced. Our house was not an easy home to do since it is filled with furniture and other items, but they made it as painless a process as possible. We're very happy with the work and are very likely to hire them for our upcoming kitchen reno as well.

Once he understood the scope of work, he offered a far more cost-effective solution to assist us. Given our tight budget, this was great news - and we really appreciate him suggesting an alternative that made him considerably less money. Very refreshing. Mike was very helpful in dealing with issues in our bathroom. He was prompt and very personable. He advised us on the problem and what our next steps should be. We will continue to use his company to aid us with other issues within our home after the floods of July and August.

These are my go-to for any plumbing issues. They are trust worthy and I always feel comfortable with them in my house. As a single mom, I am always paranoid of being taken advantage of with any work guys, but J & S puts my mind at ease and I never feel taken advantage of in terms of pricing and upselling.
I have called them a few times in a plumbing emergency and they are quick to respond and they explain the process (even when I have like a million questions)!

My water meter was leaking. I called JS and they were very quick to respond. Ryan came prepared and was very respectful and courteous. He answered all my questions and was very polite. I would recommend JS Home Service to anyone looking for value and a trustworthy company.

Mike and Justin did a thorough review of our plumbing system. I already knew I had a slow draining shower, and they fixed it efficiently and completely. I had various questions about my plumbing, and they gave me helpful information about its operation and various risk factors. There was another problem I didn't know about but they discovered it, and I'm glad they came, because if they hadn't come and fixed it proactively, the problem was about to turn serious.

I think their skill and professionalism was well worth the cost.
