Lodder Brothers Ltd

Today was our first experience with Lodder Brothers and it will certainly not be our last! Our service technician was Corey Ross and we were extremely impressed with his efforts from start to finish...he was professional, personable, patient, and very knowledgeable. Although our initial service call was to replace one leaking toilet, we quickly decided to replace our second toilet as well...we were so impressed with the quality of Corey's work! Today's experience was just too good to keep to ourselves...we will definitely be recommending Corey and Lodder Brothers to our friends and family!

We have had great experiences with Lodder Brothers. We moved into an old house and within a few years renovated a washroom where we got great advice on comparable products along with fast and flawless installation. We also replaced the inlet pipe to the septic tank, set up a water filtration system to help deal with iron and tannins in the water, replaced a water heater.....the list goes on and on. Lodder Brothers have amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. Any issue that was not within the services they provide, they gave great referrals or gave background information so we knew what questions to ask. The attention to detail was wonderful, always cleaning up after they were done, making sure any piping they ran was neat and being friendly with my very curious 2 year old son. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about exceptional service and quality.

I have had Lodder Brothers in for two jobs in my home and have been very satisfied each time. They first installed a dishwasher and more recently they installed a new toilet as well as repaired a cartridge in my jacuzzi. Both jobs were very well done, finished efficiently and at a great price. The servicemen were extremely professional, polite, and a pleasure to do business with.

I have been using Lodder Brothers Ltd for many years and they have provided an assortment of services for me from basic plumbing, water softener replacement as well as the odd leaking pipe here or there and I’ve never been disappointed. I also signed up for a sort of protection plan, which means that someone comes once a year to do an annual check-up, which gives me great peace of mind, particularly if I have anything on mind that I think might need to be looked at. They’re very professional, trustworthy and do a great job.

I have used Lodder Brothers Ltd many times over the years and they remain my go-to plumber. Most recently my wife called them because she thought the toilet was leaking and they provided a fast, hassle-free inspection. We have always been satisfied with the work done by them and I even recently recommended their services to my daughter.

I hired Lodder Brother Ltd. to do a large bathroom project for me and was happy with the results. The person, Paul, who worked on my bathroom, however, no longer works with the company, so while I was happy with the work done I have not had much experience with Lodder Brothers since Paul left. I have had some smaller jobs done as well as regular inspections of work done previously, but not enough to base a full evaluation on. So, while I have no issues with Lodder Brothers currently I can not fully endorse their company simply due to a lack of experience, but remain satisfied with the work done previously.

I’ve always really enjoyed having work done by Lodder Brothers Ltd. They not only come in to check out the problem, but always sit down and talk about what the problem is, what they intend to do about it, how much it’ll cost, how long it’ll take, when they plan to start and when the work will be complete. They create an environment where if you don’t know what’s going on it is not at all the fault of the company. They always live up to what they say they’re going to do, meeting timeline and budget expectations exactly. I have used Lodder Brothers Ltd many times and have never had any problems.

After calling several plumbers that could not come out I called Lodder Brothers Limited for and emergency water leak and was able to speak with a very pleasant person that assured me someone would be able to come and help me. The plumber arrived on time as promised and fixed the leaky water pipe and some other plumbing issues I had. This was a great experience. I will recommend Lodder Brothers to everyone I know. I was looking for a local, trustworthy plumber to look after my basement bathroom renovation. They arrived when they said they would, very polite and professional. This was a very stress free project thanks to Lodder Brothers. I will be absolutely using their services again.
