I contacted Lodder Brothers in the morning for a repair on a Dishwasher return line. DJ showed up on time and rectified the problem.

They show up on time. They know their job and they get to the issue without any waste of time. They offer good advice, they are reliable and they do good work.

i am so happy with the company, Mark and Rudy were here at the exact time they said they would, very friendly guys and told me exactly what they had to do. if i have another prob. i will certainly be calling again. thanks so much for getting my sink back in order.

Recommended by Sean. Advised to scrap 22 year old sand filter and replace with new technology utilizing oxygen in water to remove rust.
Job was scheduled and completed as expected.
Sean and his helper were courteous and efficient.
The only hiccup , after Sean left was the realization that they had not turned the outlet from the water heater back on. We were advised to open the upstairs faucets.

Had the company check on our sump pump operation.
Came and checked the overall operation and all was great.

The kitchen drain was clogged on Sunday, I tried the usual cleaning methods, but I needed a plumber. Called Lodder Brothers on Sunday evening, received a call to schedule an appointment Monday morning at 9-ish, and had Kyle and his co-plumber (Joe - sorry if I am wrong) here at 2 pm! Very impressed.
The work was done quickly, professionally, and properly. Both guys were friendly, honest and upfront about what may need to be done before any work was performed.
I am very pleased and plan on calling Lodder Brothers again for a water softener upgrade.

the customer service I experienced was great Kyle spears the plumber , did excellent job on fixing the leak. I would recommend them.

Sean and Joe were very efficient at getting this job done by noon. No corners were cut and care was taken to ensure all aspects of the plumbing re-routing were done correctly.
This is my second job with Lodder Brothers in less than a month and very pleased with the quality of work, service and follow-up by Sean following this installation and answering my question prior to accepting the initial quote. Great group to deal with and Office staff is very organized and in sync with specific plumbers workloads.

Kyle arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and quickly assessed the job and provided an estimate. The work to remove and cap an unneeded kitchen stove gas line was completed in short order. He was respectful of our home and fully informed us about what was being done. We were very satisfied with the job and would recommend him and Lodder Brothers.

Had some pipes left open after a water heater removal that were not sealed by water heater rental company (of course). After noticing a leak, Lodder Brothers was able to arrive the same day, fix the leak and seal 2 open pipes within 15 minutes of arrival. Straightforward, professional and a company we can count on. A good price for peace of mind.
