Rick and his team were very professional. From the first meeting Rick explained how the job would go, suggested preparations, and presented some quality floor choices and underlayment that met the condo board approval. The floors and quarter round were installed in the timeframe specified. The floors are beautiful and the precision around door jams is perfect. All debris was removed as the team cleaned as they went. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Rick's team for your flooring needs, and I will use them again in future.

Rick value his potential customers, we went to the whole process of him going to our house measuring the sq footage giving us quote and showing sample wood flooring but we didnt push thru with the work due to personal circumstances but a year and half later we contacted him again and he didnt hesitate to entertain us again for all our calls and inquiries. We thought he might no longer want to work with us because we didnt pursue on the plan we had more than year before, but he still responded back. What Id like with Rick compared to other contractors I met for this job is his pricing is very detailed, he will show you how he came up with the price quote. No surprises on additional expenses. As a first-time home owner, I was nervous when my girlfriend and I decided to change our flooring. We contacted a few contractors but Rick was the only one to call back in-person. He made the entire experience personable and comfortable, with easy availability through the phone. Rick even stopped by on a Saturday to show us samples of floor tiles and even offered to come again if needed. On the day of the work, Rick and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. From start to finish (quote, prep of subfloor and laying of wood floor, the team was meticulous, accurate delivered quality on budget and within timelines. The finished floor is stunning.
