We are so happy we chose Modular Home Additions for a second floor addition and full main floor renovation! Their work and services are just as their website and brochures detail. Also in our initial consultation the process was thoroughly explained and quoted, and we felt confident in choosing Modular to do this project. They handled design and the permit process, the second story addition (which literally was put on in close to "3 days"), effectively managed the project interior/exterior finishing with very qualified trades, various product and cost choices. Thank you to all office staff, the Modular construction team for all of their work and to project managers for overseeing and managing the progress and trades. Also the Modular based Zoran kitchen company made our kitchen planning very easy, personalized and budget friendly. We highly recommend Modular and our project has resulted in a solid and well built quality modern new home, within a reasonable budget, which surpassed our expectations!
