When we began conceptualizing the renovation and updating of our home we never imagined where the end result would take us. We started with monochromatic off-white and now we have colour, colour and more colour (all tasteful and stylish, of course!).
Nanette Snel's years of experience enabled us to make bold colour choices and furnishing decisions that we NEVER would have made without her. Her vendor contacts provided us with a range of high quality services and home furnishing choices. Hunter Hill Painting and Design (led by Melena Gibner) executed Nanette's vision with spectacular results. Together Nanette and Melena were efficient and adaptable in response to the changing scope of work that unfolded.

We had Nanette come over 5 years later after her first whole home color consultation, as we wanted to gain advice in a refresh in colors/décor. We are also working on redecorating our daughters room, 2 bathroom renovations along with removing tiles from the first floor. We wanted to say Nanette expertise with regards to design, color and décor is second to none. We are very happy with her choices, recommendations and advice. Nanette has an exceptional eye for colour. She worked with us to select paint colours for every room in our new home and the colours turned out fantastic. She is not afraid to be bold and encouraged us to think outside the box. She is friendly and professional. She was punctual for our appointment in spite of the worst snow storm of the season.

I hired Nanette to help with some design decisions when moving from a house into an apartment. She helped us decide which pieces we would be able to use in the new setting, and we went shopping for new items together. She has a wonderful range of sources, some of which would not be available to the general public. She visited the apartment several times to make sure that our choices would work. On her final visit, she advised about placement of artwork and accessories, as well as additional colour consultation. I would not hesitate to recommend Nanette for a similar project.
