Ken was a joy to work with. He made several suggestions to make the project better and was open to our suggestions as well. He cleaned up every evening and the final result was better than we had hoped.

I had to replace a floor and a wall in the basement after some mold remediation and i called Ken as he had some work on a previous house. He came promptly and gave an competitive straight forward estimate. He did an excellent job, finished the work in one week, brought in all the materials, took away all the trash, and cleaned up the work-site every day. He's a very capable and honest contractor, I would recommend.

Kenneth Yee is the head of this company and is one of the best renovators I have ever met. He is fast, efficient , careful and understands the full gambit of the job. He took care of every thing for me. Demolition, garbage removal, plumbing, tiling, painting and cleanup. His prices are very fair and presents you with a variety of subs at different prices for you do decide. I have another much larger project in the spring and have already booked him. In my opinion, he is terrific.

We had our kitchen done by Kin and it looks amazing. The best thing about him is that he fulfills his commitment and will not 'disappear' on you like some contractors. It was important for me to have someone reliable due to work schedules and this worked out wonderfully. He is neat and meticulous with a great personality so it really makes the renovation experience smooth.
