From initial contact to completed project, I felt New Ridge respected & earned my business and I knew exactly what to expect next. Scott and team contacted me by phone within hours to acknowledge and clarify my email request and Sebastian visited my home for measurements the next day. The quote was delivered to me within a day. Fast forward to the days before my project, Sebastian visited and very clearly outlined the schedule.and thats exactly how my 4 day project unfolded. .Sebastian and Vinny seemed to know what I wanted, but they still presented all the options so I could choose. The results exceeded my expectations!

btw...I had procrastinated for years on removing the ceramic floor in the hallway avoiding the mess cleanup. Sebastian put up plastic walls which really contained the dust!

Communication with Scott at New Ridge was exceptional. John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and courteous. They took pride in their work by providing an excellent service. They removed our runner, replaced oak spindles and posts with wrought iron pickets and new modern posts, sanded stair treads, stringers, risers, and landing area. Their preparation was extremely thorough. Best of all, they were able to match the new stain to our upstairs flooring. We highly recommend this company and couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results.

Colt and Kieran (I hope I remembered their names correctly) did great work on our floors and cleaned up well after.
The final product looks better than we expected given the age of our floors and is something we're proud to have as a starting point for the rest of our reno.

Picture doesn't even do justice on how beautiful it is. I went with Natural no stain and satin finish, and I am so happy with the result.

Zibby and Scott were a delight to work with from Day 1. Zibby inspected the current state of the flooring and provided us various options on what could be done. We decided to replace the old flooring and install a new subfloor (there were many creaks in the old flooring). The new subfloor really made a difference and the new flooring looks absolutely gorgeous. Zibby contacted me along the way to keep me posted on the progress and provide recommendations. The new baseboards looks fantastic and what really stood out was the attention to detail as well as ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the job.
