We had several quotes for getting new windows installed. Decided on Consumers Choice because they had a promotion on for 40% off and free upgrade to triple glass on all windows. They also offered a rebate which we took advantage of and received $1300 back so in essence only paid $7200 all in for the job. Mike the salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. The installation was done in about a day and done very professionally. The installers were friendly and extremely helpful with requests and any questions. Glad we made the right choice...Consumers Choice !

Work involved replacing existing aluminum sliding doors with premium vinyl doors. Installers arrived at the scheduled time slot & completed the job without any difficulties in the planned time. The area was cleaned up thoroughly by the installers after the job was completed. The new doors seal so much better than previous doors & feel much warmer as well. Workmanship was also excellent.

Great job by the installers.Show up in the morning and stayed until it was getting dark.Very clean and knew there job.Always staying to do one thing at a time ,not jumping around to different areas.They did my windows first than the doors at the end.

This is the third time we have used Consumer's Choice to do replacement windows/doors in our home. We were replacing "builders quality" with upscale products and have not been disappointed!
The quality of the windows (frames, glass, hardware) are terrific and we have noticed a significant improvement in our gas usage since having the new windows and doors installed.
The triple glass (a bonus) has also cut down on exterior noise, which is very helpful as a shift worker as I keep unusual hours!
The installation crews have always arrived promptly as scheduled; they are polite, professional and have done a great clean-up afterwards. They use drop cloth coverings to protect the floors and remove ALL debris, plus vacuum too to assure everything is neat and tidy!
I have already recommended Consumers Choice to several friends and neighbors!

Our personal experience with Consumers Choice Home Improvement was an outstanding one.
From the start, it was a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable and easy going sales person, who took the time to seat with us at our home and explain every possible option. He visited us twice, making sure all details are looked after.
The installation team arrived as scheduled. They were very professional and accommodating. They ensure safety first and secured the working area properly, to avoid any possible damage to our property.
Quality of materials seems to be very good. No drafts and no squeaks.
Had a minor mistake with type of handle installed, which took a week to be replaced by a service team. All is now very satisfactory.

Delay after delay after delay. Refuse to admit they are at fault. zero communication and didn’t resend to emails. 6 weeks quickly turned to 4 months and counting. I’m still waiting for my doors and it’s freezing cold outside. They don’t care.

High quality windows, doing a great job to keep the cold out. They operate quite smoothly and pop out easy to clean them. Windows installed in one day. The installers were very courteous and friendly. Respectful of our home and ensured everything was cleaned and back together after the job was done. Very happy with the windows and work done, will be recommending to friends.

The two gentleman that came to replace the windows and door were very friendly and knowledgable in their field. They arrived on time and showed us how to operate the windows once everything was finished. They cleaned up well before they left. I felt comfortable knowing that everything would be done right. The end result was great. However, there was a minor issue with the manufacturing of the windows- but the company was quick to follow up and is addressing the problem. No other complaints. I would recommend this company to others.

Salesguy was arrogant and sold us a patio door that they don't make anymore. Didn't hear about it unless it was time for installation then they tell us they don't make this product but we won't miss our turn with the making of a door with the factory. Yeah right.... Still waiting for salesman to call us back with another product. What a waste of 8 weeks. Go with another company. This one is a joke.

I was impressed from the get go. I will not hesitate to use this company again!! Service and product was excellent!! Everyone associated with my project was very professional and courteous!
