Park Paving and Vito did our original driveway over 20 years ago and obviously did a great job as it lasted this long! When we decided to do a full driveway makeover to give us more room, we started getting quotes but many were questionable with bad advice or when we saw their work in our neighbourhood we weren't too impressed (uneven or too many stones). So we tried looking up Park Paving & Vito to see if they were still in business. SO HAPPY they were and it SPEAKS VOLUMES that in this business where new signs go up literally every year- this company has remained solid and it is a testament to their quality and workmanship they are still in business. From day one, Vito is very responsive, honest and trustworthy with great communication about the process, expectations and scheduling details. The crew were precise and masterful laying a beautiful, smooth driveway exactly to the specifications we negotiated. Our neighbour even used Park Paving when they saw how good ours looked. Highly recommend Park Paving and thanks Vito and the crew!

Outstanding service, had my driveway done with Park Paving, and Im glad I did. Showed up on time as scheduled, did a wonderful job with paving (smooth and even), and edges were straight as expected. Over 20 years of experience was evident with their service and workmanship. Would highly recommend this company!

Park Paving did a great job, very professional crew. Vito is vary trustworthy, he does as he says. His crew came on time and when driveway was completed it was and smooth and even. Would highly recommend them to everyone who wants their driveway to last a long time.

My experience with this company and its principal officers has not been a good one. Within a few days of driveway paving (June 2022) a split appeared in the new asphalt. It would seem to be an easy repair for the company at the start by heating the asphalt and pressing the split together. ( This possible solution was noted, but not followed up, by a principal officer during a later viewing.)

I contacted the company within the first few days of laying the asphalt and requested they view and repair it as per the written contract 2-year guarantee. Since that date -16 months- I was in frequent contact with them through emails and telephone discussions about the problem including having sent them a picture of the split as an attachment to an email early in the communications. They did later reply to this email but failed to acknowledge the picture provided. I received numerous assurances that the problem would be fixed. It became obvious that through their continual stalling tactics, they had no intention to correct the situation and I just gave up any dependence on them to resolve.

The company can do a good job as shown by the area driveways they completed, but when problems develop the company avoids its written contract guarantee obligation with continual assurances, both written and verbal, that fail to materialize.

The lower rating is based on the lack of after-service they have displayed.

I would not recommend this company if any reliance was to be placed on their written or verbal guarantee to stand behind their service.

Such a relief to deal with Park Paving. Vito and his crew are very professional, they showed up on the scheduled date and time(s) and did exactly what we wanted, part of which was having to correct what another contractor had done.

We are really pleased with our driveway, and even our neighbours told us how impressed they were with the way the guys worked together and what a nice job they did. We highly recommend Park Paving.

It's been a few years since the driveway was done and still have no complaints.

Paid a non refundable deposit last year for services rendered very late this year and only completed after weeks of unanswered calls and promises to appear that did not happen.

30 days after asphalt was laid, cracks and raised ridges and lumps appears, calls were again unanswered. As of sept 2023- there are now weeds growing up through the asphalt and company has yet to address the growing issue as frost approaches.

Very very disappointed. We are not wealthy and this was a major expense for our household. Legal action will follow if frost arrives before they do to correct this.

I requested a quote for a driveway resurface and Carmen was prompt getting back to me and came to provide a quote, we agreed on the quote and we gave $500 deposit in 2021 and they were to start April 2022. Now since then have heard nothing from Carmen or Park Paving, I have sent 3 emails to the company website and left a message and texted Carmen 4 times requesting a refund of our deposit. Very disappointed as we were recommended to use them from our neighbor and now out $500. I wouldn't recommend them as customer service and communication is very poor unless they are trying to get your business!

UPDATE:
Well I have an update to my review, I have spoken to Vito by phone on August 15 from Park Paving regarding my review and came to an agreement to refund my $500 deposit! As I said this was August 15 and to this day September 20 have heard nothing from this company. I would consider other paving companies as they were not the cheapest but because a neighbor had their driveway done by them I could see the product and chose to have it done by them. We agreed on a price and Carmen requested a $500 deposit, reasonable I thought and gave him a cheque which has been cashed by the way but that was March 11, 2021 and still waiting on my money back!

I contracted Park Paving to repave my driveway in the Spring 2022. Initially I had had some concerns about repaving in general. Vito listened and was very responsive to those concerns. I had also run into multiple challenges during the year and Vito was kind, patient and flexible in scheduling. The crew did a great job grading the driveway and Vito was there the whole step of the way during the repaving. Grateful. Definitely recommend Park Paving.

We used Park Paving to remove our old asphalt driveway and to provide a new driveway with paver brick edging on each side. Vito was very patient with us for the scheduling as we were having some roof work done as well. His crew did a very good job with the grading and new paving. Special kudos to the two workers who put in the brick pavers, and did an excellent job of lifting and replacing the bricks of our front walkway, so that there was a smooth transition between the two. Highly recommended!
