This was the most courteous, prompt and professional re-roofing job I could have asked for! Ken Mayhew and Jason Pistawka oversaw a wonderfully efficient, tidy and kind crew, and I was grateful for the personal touch. Taking off old cement tile and putting on a high grade shingle updated and increased the value of my West Vancouver home! Many thanks to all!

My first contact with Penfolds was when someone came out very promptly to stop a small leak in my roof. I was then contacted by Adam Boyes who agreed with me that a new roof was required. A written estimate was provided shortly after. Despite rainy weather, my new roof was completed within two weeks of the initial call.
There were about three visits by field supervisors during the job.
The crew were excellent and left the property clean of all roofing materials. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Penfolds to anyone.

We had our cedar roof replaced in early September 2016 with EcoRoof Rubber Shakes. We found Penfolds to be extremely professional throughout the whole cycle. Our initial interaction with the salesperson was nothing less than informative and displayed a great sense of knowledge around roofing and the different products offered. He suggested the Rubber shakes and they look fantastic on our roof. In June, 2016, we hired Penfold's Roofing company to replace our cedar roof with the "CedarTwin Premier Tri-Laminated Roofing System. We were impressed by the professionalism of the company from the initial prompt response to our request for a quote, to the efficiency of the workers and how clean they left everything. The project was completed on time and within the quote and looks great! We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had our roof replaced this summer. Our technical sales representative was informative and patient with us. We requested the work be started in a short lead time, and Penfolds was able to accommodate our commencement schedule. The field crew had high productivity and left no mess on property. Penfolds was very responsive to inquiries and concerns, and issues were dealt with quickly without extra charge. Overall, we are very satisfied with Penfolds.

My wife and I selected Penfolds among three roofing companies willing to quote on the provision of a new roof for our house. That was because they provided a detailed breakdown of all the work that in their view needed to be done.
The very next day of signing the contract the work crew and the materials arrived. Different inspectors and supervises joined them at times to ensure the quality of workmanship. All of them were courteous and forthcoming towards us.
The job was done promptly efficiently and followed by a thorough cleaning of all the debris.

We just wanted to take some time to thank Penfolds for a great job. We actually had the project done over the summer in 2015 (yes a late review...sorry). We had the Eco roof installed with new gutters. It still looks great! Chris McCready was a great person to deal with during the whole process. He was very patient and always answered our questions in a timely and professional manner. He also went out of his way to be able to meet with us and fit in to our hectic schedule. The only item that came up during the install was regarding the cleanup, which was addressed immediately. We would recommend Penfold's and Chris to anyone.
